I would definitely recommend them!

We received a prompt estimate over the phone, and because it was lower than others we had, we were concerned about hidden charges. There was a minimum 2 hour labor charge, but the original estimate was for only 1 hour of travel, even though it is a two-hour drive to the cape. The owner assured us that the total cost would not go over $540. The movers themselves were fantastic -- prompt, efficient, and friendly -- at both ends of the move. It took them 1/2 hour to load up the truck, and about the same amount of time to move the furniture in. The downside came when we were supposed to sign the receipt, and they wanted us to pay $760! When we objected, and the movers called their office, the price came back down to $540 plus an extra $30 for some extra moving we requested. It was very awkward, and we felt that the owner was trying to get the movers to stick us with extra charges. We also did not appreciate the written request for a tip -- we always tip well, especially when the work is done so well. In the future, this company should consider giving a much more firm quote without involving the movers.

They did a nice job. They always answered our calls, and I think this was an important thing. If they didn?t answer calls right away they would call right back. I have found other movers with whom it is very difficult to get in touch. I worked with Vince, and anytime I had a question he answered it. They gave us a low price initially. Then we asked if we could have it delivered on a specific date, which was a little bit more expensive. We did have a couple of minor breakages, but they took care of that and were very quick to compensate for it. The people who moved our things were very professional. They were a little late to arrive, though.

They took very good care of my things. Everything arrived in one piece and well assembled and taken care of. The only thing that I didn't like was that the price was 119 dollars higher than the estimate. The extra charges made sense in theory, but I didn't like that I wasn't told of any of the extra charges when I called the day before to get the quote. I felt cheated by the company even though the movers did a great job.

No one showed up for the first estimate. When I called, they said I had written down the wrong date--which I KNOW wasn't true. When they did not show the second time, I called them and told them they had lost my business by not showing up, and that they should remove my contact information from their list. They did not even apologize or try to explain.

The quote was prompt and close to the actual. They estimated 7 hours and it took 8 hours for the move. The price was competitive with others, not the cheapest but not very expensive either. The three guys were on time and worked quickly. The best thing that they did was they used many moving blankets and taped these very well on my antique furniture. They did not allow any of my antiques to get any scratches or marks from the move. They treated my belongings with great care and I really appreciated that.

I spoke with Saida, in the office, on a few occasions and also via email regarding the quote I got on line. Their quote was the least expensive of the five I got, and they also had 4 men, instead of 3 like the other ones. Saida was extremely helpful in answering a lot of my questions and even agreed to give us 3 wardrobe boxes. On the day of the move the team arrived on time and we showed the team leader, Gustavo, everything that was to be moved. While we were showing him around the other 3 team members started taking some of the boxes to the truck. They worked very quickly getting the boxes out and then worked on wrapping the furniture, which they did with furniture blankets and lots of tape (maybe too much tape, but I guess it was better to be careful of our stuff). It took them about 2 hours to load our 6 room condo into the truck. Then they went to our new condo and began to unload. They made it look extremely easy, negotiating everything up a fight of stairs. They did not complain, barely stopped the whole time, and were quite polite and considerate of us and our belongings. (I will add it was about 90 degrees the day they moved us)! The whole process took about 5 1/2 hours, which was 2 1/2 hours less than they quoted us. One piece of furniture ended up with a broken leg (thankfully it ended up being something we could fix) and they forgot to reassemble one of the dresser mirrors that they disassembled prior to moving it, for these 2 reasons I gave them a 'B' for Quality. Overall, everything was great and I would definitely use them again.

These guys were excellent! I had to change the time of my move at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. They were then a bit late because of earlier moves, but easily accessible by phone to give me a realistic estimate of time. Then the three guys were hardworking, efficient and very pleasant. They were very carefully with the wrapping and also quite inventive in the move (including a seemingly effortless hoist of my boxspring up to the 3rd floor). Towards the end they got another guy to join them at no extra cost. I've moved locally several times and this was the best so far!
