Sean was very professional. Called because he was going to be 10 min late because of traffic. Showed me an unexpected issue. I would highly recommend.

Sean was great. He was on time. He explained everything he needed to do and began quickly. He cleaned all the vents and intake systems in my Mom's apartment and then came to my apartment. It was a big job and we are both pleased with the job he did and his advice on the air filters and the work needed for the heating system. Great Job!!

After a postponed appointment the service provider showed up on the rescheduled time and did a thorough and effective job, I would be happy to recommend him to others.

He was nice but on the phone he told me $120 to clean the vent if it's in the basement. Then, when he got here he said $130. He also charged an additional $45 just to clean the front of the dryer where the filter is. I found it to be expensive and I don't know why the price changed when he got here because the vent is easily accessible and my basement is very spacious. He also told me that the vent was in good condition and barely had anything in it. So, $175 is a bit much in my opinion. He also moved my dryer and didn't put it back before he left AND the hose/vent behind the dryer was left out of place. I got stuck with placing the vent back and pushing the dryer back where it was. Won't be calling him again unless I'm desperate.

service provider went above and beyond in identifying a problem with the drier vent (disconnected), solving it (re-connected it) and alerting me to the fire hazard the build up of lint in the space above the ceiling tiles presented.

The response time was quick and came right on time when he said he would. He showed me what and how he cleaned the dryer vent.

Very professional, friendly, and took time to answer all my questions. Also provided a dust mask for me while he worked, which was a nice courtesy. I would definitely recommend for duct cleaning. I did notice that a small piece of tile adjacent to one of my vents is now missing though. I'm pretty sure it was already loose and with such a strong vacuum that it just got sucked up but it's a small negative since I need to find a way to replace it now.
