"Moses and his team were phenomenal to work with. From the moment we met when we first discussed my project, he instilled me with confidence. He allowed me to see current projects he was working on similar to mine, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and made relevant, excellent suggestions to ensure that our project would meet our expectations, and stay within our budget. He came with excellent recommendations from his previous clients, of which I'm now proud to be one. His communication was always excellent, he didn't mind answering all my ignorant questions, and he worked seamlessly with my architect and kitchen/bathroom designer in order to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe given the scope of the project. Moses consistently went above and beyond expectations in order to make the project as stress-free for me as possible. His team worked tirelessly and while my family and I had to move out of our house due to the nature and extent of the project, he kept in constant contact with me, arranged frequent in-person meetings, and didn't mind me and my kids showing up unannounced to view the progress. My neighbors constantly told me how hard he and his crew were working, as they saw him on-site nearly every day. I would hire Moses and his team again, for any construction project, without hesitation and cannot recommend him or his hard-working team enough. "I used KENMAC for4 projects, and Ken and Greg did an outstanding job on all 4. They replaced an awning window first and trimmed around it, and it came out great. Then I hired them to replace some really bad sliding windows on a porch, which they replaced with double hung windows and trimmed the outside such that what used to be an eyesore in the neighborhood is now something really nice to look at and makes the porch a nice place to hang out. They then replaced two doors with steel door units, which also came out awesome. Finally, a couple of months age, they enclosed what was a bulkhead entrance to a basement with 3 walls, a roof and a door, and sided the walls to match almost perfectly with what was already on the house. It came out great and looks like it was always there. They are creative in the ways they make things work and meticulous about doing it correctly. I would recommend them for any project that needs doing. Great guys."
