Normally, my husband and I shovel our own driveways and sidewalks because it's not very big. But I had just had a baby and my husband had injured his shoulder, so we were unable to shovel as we normally do. We called Post Road Landscape just before the big February blizzard. They were the only company who were available on such short notice. Everyone else didn't answer their phones or told us they were plowing just for their regular customers. Post Road Landscape charged us a very reasonable amount, and the final charge was less than we anticipated given how many inches of snowfall there was. We would definitely call Post Road Landscape if we're in a similar situation in the future.

Steve McLaughlin visited in late Sept., inspected the property, and sent me a proposal on Oct. 2. About a week later the crew came out, mowed the lawn, trimmed some of the plants, and cleaned up leaves and other debris from the lawn. They worked very quickly and I hardly knew they were there. After that, there were two more visits, and a final visit in late November. Most of the time I was away or indoors, and only knew they had been there because the area was clean. Their bill arrived a week or two before the final visit, and I paid right after the area was clean. (The only issue that arose was because of a slight misunderstanding. There is an area of trees behind the house with a leafy floor that was not part of the deal. On an early visit, I saw them blowing leaves into that area. I came out and explained to the foreman that the leaves were meant to be taken away and not blown into that area because I didn't want complaints from the neighbors. They understood, and thereafter it was not a problem.)

I contacted them on a Weds or Thursday to help us put down some sod. We had started the job ourselves but needed help to finish removing the extra dirt, leveling the ground and laying down the sod. They came to our house on Sat am to give a quote. We were in a rush to get the job done and the quote was very fair, so we confirmed on the spot that we wanted to go with them. They came on Monday and by the time I got home from work it was all done! I was very happy with the work, the customer service and the whole process.

They were terrific. They were very responsive on the phone, emailed an estimate right away, showed up on time with a great crew, performed the work very professionally. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

We're happy with these guys. They do very good work at reasonable prices. We had a bit of a communications issue off the bat. The first time they came out, they did about half of the cleanup work we needed done -- just about enough that a person with really low standards might call it done -- and then abruptly left. I (mistakenly) thought they were done and called to complain. Stephen called me back and we did eventually square it away, but it took us awhile to get on the same page. On a couple of occasions things haven't happened on schedule or didn't get followed up on, but we didn't push too hard. We would recommend these guys, but would advise a little bit of patience and staying on top of it to get the good results Post Road is very capable of delivering.

Stephen actually arrived a day early for the job, but was able to contact me and I was able to leave work to consult with him. I suspect he would have come back the next (scheduled) day, if necessary. The work was completed on time, and beautifully done.

Excellent service with a smile, was careful not to destroy items that I asked to be protected.

It has gone well and I have no complaints he & his crew are super duper reliable.

Steve and his crew exceeded our expectations from the 1st phone call. They were very responsive and Steve came out for an estimate just a couple of days after the initial call. We scheduled for him to come out the 1st Saturday after the estimate and he did warn us that his wife was due in the matter of days. Our appointment was at 8am on Saturday and Steve made sure he called early that morning to let us know that he was not going to be able to make the appointment since he was in the hospital with his wife but he still sent a couple of his guys over to the house later in the morning. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. The yard had seen years of neglect by the previous owners and I worked closely with Steve's crew to determine what was to be cut down or trimmed and what was to stay, his crew was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I hope to hire Steve and his crew again in the future.

The results are great...it looks unbelievable. Steve and his crew surpassed my expectations, and all of the details were just right. The whole project only took one day, but Steve offered to come back if any of the grass needs replacement. They even sharpened my mower blades and gave me instructions regarding mowing to keep the lawn healthy. They also made suggestions regarding fertilizer that was kid and pet safe.

The yard had rather high grass and weeds that needed to be mowed. The person who did the work wacked at the weeds and grass and left it lying on top of the grass , sidewalk, and front walk. No raking was done. When asked why raking had not occurred ( even I knew that this should be done), I was told that this was not part of the job description. However considering the price, it should have been.

It was a wonderful experience. Stephen came and gave me a detailed estimate. He was also happy to work with me in modifying some of the original plans so that the project would fit into my budget. He stuck to the estimate and for all the changes, additions that we made to the plan, he was quick to provide a revised estimate. Though the project was small, my yard does have some serious drainage challenges that Stephen addressed beautifully. It wasn't something we had planned but now I am very happy that we got it done, especially with the last few weeks of heavy downpour. His guys did a wonderful job from start to finish. They always came when the said they would and they set the expectations correctly. They promptly rectified the couple of minor mistakes they made. The always cleaned up after themselves. They were very carefull with the existing plants in the garden. The finished landscape looks way better than I imagined. Very professional. He was on time. He was my first runner-up for the job. I would consider getting him to estimate again.

We have a contract for yard work for the whole season. They do both a spring and fall clean-up as well as lawn maintenance over the summer. They clean the flower beds (but don't weed). They will mulch the beds if we ask.

They did a good job. We used them over the summer. They were pretty responsive and pretty quick. They were a little more expensive than I would have liked but not that huge.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work. I do not think I will use them in the future because they were very expensive.

Really high quality landscaping work, Sandra was very responsive by phone and e-mail. They're a bit pricey compared to others, but the quality is worth it and they're continuing to provide landscaping service for us.

They are very good and very professional but it is an expensive service. The service is very good and the quality is good. Their prices are on the high side but the service is excellent. They do the work within an hour with their super equipment. They are good and efficient but everything costs. I didn't have a set day or time for them to come. They would come when I fit in their schedule instead of coming on my schedule.

I was very busy and emailed the owner for an estimate. They stopped by my property and promptly emailed me an estimate for the work. Everything has gone smoothly all summer. Great job mulching everything and prompt service to keep the lawn cut. No problems.

ur grass had grown out of control while we were away and our small mower was not going to be able to get through it. They responded the day I contacted them and we set up an appointment for an estimate the same week. They did a great job on the initial project and we have them coming on a regular basis now. The yard looks so nice after they have been through. They trim the flower beds and clear the patio. I am very happy with their work.

It was very good. They were very prompt. They did a good walk around the yard for us. They seemed knowledgeable & very professional. The pricing was just a little bit higher than I wanted to pay.

Our yard was out of control, and the lawn was turning into jungle, so we found S. Mastroianni in Angie's. They returned my call the same day, gave us an estimate on a number of options in person the next day, and by the end of the week they had come out and tamed our lawn. Great work: The lawn is just the right height, and they clean up so well you hardly know they came. They will be doing our lawn going forward, and we will will likely be using them for areas beyond the lawn. Very professional and responsive.

I have used this company in the past, and they do a great job. They are responsive to calls, give estimates on the spot, and are flexible with scheduling. Plus they squeezed me into their schedule at the last minute. Sandra and her dad came over to give an estimate to clean up my messy but small yard. The price quoted seemed high, but again, they were flexible and came down to $520.00. I retained their services. A crew of 4 guys arrived early in the morning, and the yard looked a million times better by the time they left. However, where I have a problem is the cost. The crew were done in approximtely 1 hour, but paying over $500.00 for one hour of work is excessive. I would like to use this company again, but at these prices that is not likely.

They did an exceptional job and I highly recommend them. I will continue to have them maintain my yard.

Santo and His daughter responded promptly to our call and were able to give us a quote. His Daughter translates from English to Italian and I was concerned that details might be lost in translation. There was a firm grasp if details, the quality of work was excellent with a work ethic that reflected integrity and pride. The Value of the work done justified the price you get what you pay for. If your budget can handle the cost.
