Top notch for maintenance landscaping and snow removal.

They were professional, responsive and quick. Totally wonderful. I asked for some specific things and these were attended to immediately. I would use them again in a minute! Great guys.

Stephen was terrific. Not only did he quickly respond and help work out some timing to estimate the job, but he worked me into his schedule and got the job done the same day. He pointed out overall where his team could address issues I hadn't even thought of, and then 4 hours later, they did a top quality job, something I notice the little things on every day I come home. Very quick response and estimate. Maintained contact via email about when the crew would come. There was a short delay because of weather, but it was only about 6 days from the initial contact until the first cleanup. Since a large tree in the back yard hadn't even started dropping its leaves yet, they came back a few weeks later to do the back yard again. The cleanup also included cutting the grass. I don't think I've ever had that with a Fall cleanup before. Nice touch! My lawn has never looked so good from a Fall cleanup, and for a very fair price. I'll definitely use Post Road Landscape in the future.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided. It began with the initial scheduling of the appointment - the person scheduling (I think her name was Kelly) was very courteous and clear about pricing. She quickly had someone out to assess my home for how much the clean up would cost. The quoted price was definitely within the ballpark of what I was willing to pay, and on the lower side of other landscapers advertising fall clean up "specials" which began at $475. The crew was supposed to come later this week but showed up unexpectedly yesterday. It wasn't a big deal, but I would of liked the heads up only so that I could have moved my cars out of their way. But they were friendly and overall worked very quickly and cleaned up everything I wanted them to. My only minor complaint is that my grill wasn't put back where it was. Furthermore, one of the wheels was popped out from one of the corners. The grill is pretty tricky to move and the wheels get stuck between the flagstones. Luckily it doesn't appear to be broken; but I would have appreciated if someone would have given me a heads up. But, overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely consider using them again. Thanks.

We are delighted with the work that Post Road has done and continues to do on our yard. Specifically: - Stephen and Kelly are very responsive over email and phone - They clearly take pride in the work they do, and the yard looks fantastic when they're done. - They're not cheap but pricing is competitive, and the quality is exceptional. I paid my previous landscaper about the same, and the quality didn't come close. - Their work quotes are clear, and detailed with no surprises after the fact - Stephen actually referred us to another company (who has also been great) to care for our lawn; we do our own mowing and Post Road requires signing up for mowing service and lawn care together. I really appreciated him turning away the business and referring us, rather than doing it halfheartedly. - Spring and Fall Cleaning service is excellent as well. In all, we are absolutely delighted to have Post Road looking after our yard, and hope to work with them for a long time to come.

sI put out several inquiries for the work on AL and Post Road was the first to respond. He estimated based on a provided pic, and the estimate was consistent with my expectations from other jobs. The scheduling was a breeze, they arrived with a team of about 5 on time and started in. After a few shovels full, Stephen noted that there was a layer of gravel a few inches down which would complicate the job a bit. I agreed to the extra work and they proceeded to separate the dirt from the gravel. I had to leave for work and returned that night to an immaculate yard, patio and driveway (they even removed weeds from the bricks - not part of the project!). The dirt level appeared a little low and just figured that there was more dirt needed than expected. He wrote me that night to tell me that they would 2 additional yards of dirt (double the estimate) which they brought by in a few days. He asked me if $75 would be fair for the extra work and dirt. I was very impressed with the Post Road experience. Stephan and his team did a great job. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Our yard was a disaster when we bought our place. Weeds and crabgrass infestation, my attempts to control them the prior season left it almost completely dead and barren. Our hedges were completely overgrown as well. Enter post road who did a fantastic cleanup job and overseeding effort, and just a month later, what was once dead is now lush and a deep green. It took some coordination of timing with a rainy stretch in April, but once they came and did their work, it was just a short week before new green blades popped up, and in no time, a lush green carpet filled in what was once a barren wasteland.

Overall pretty good. Spring and fall cleanup were well done. Seeding the yard was less thorough than I expected. Mulching was okay, though they left a bunch of large weeds and mulched around them, which seemed odd. Responsive by email and pricing not cheap but certainly fair.

We contacted Post Road. They were responsive in coming to our property and gave us a decent quote for basic lawn care including aeration, fertilizer, seeding. They then told us when they expected to come by to begin the work, and we were pleased. However, they did not show up when they said they expected to and did not contact us. Several days later when we contacted them, they replied that they were too busy to schedule us and suggested that we find another company to work with, which we will. I respect that they are a busy company and think that they do quality work based on the other reviews on Angie's List, but I did not think that they were professional in the way that they failed to perform the work we had agreed on as scheduled and did not contact us to let us know that they were not going to be able to perform the work.

Our first winter storm of the season and our first use of Post Road. They showed up in the middle of the night and cleared out the driveway so that if we had to get out in the morning we were able to. At 8am I woke up to see the driveway had been plowed nicely. I noticed that the sidewalks hadn't been done (which had been discussed when we met for an estimate a month or so ago) so I e-mailed them to find out if they were coming back. I got a reply in less than five minutes. They will be back and that it was intentional to just get the driveway plowed overnight. A couple of hours later the crew showed up and cleared the walkways and around the cars. Stephen asked if I wanted ice melt, and while normally I would've declined, the temps were supposed to drop and things were going to freeze up, so I agreed. By two o'clock the ice melt had done its magic and my wife and I went outside to finish up the work. Fortunately we didn't have to go anywhere today, but if we did, it would've been quite easy thanks to Stephen and his crew at Post Road. And getting out tomorrow will be a breeze. Thank you Post Road!! 2/16/14 - Now that we've had more than our share of snow storms this winter I wanted to update my review of Post Road Landscape. These guys are great!!!! We get an e-mail a day or two before each storm telling us what the projected schedule will be for driveway snow removal. And they've been true to their estimated arrival times. Nothing stops them. They've got a truck with a plow blade, a snowblower, and shovels and they use all three to get the job done at a fair price. Once all this snow is gone, I'll be speaking with Stephen about spring yard work. Thanks for the great work Post Road.

Although my husband and I usually rake all the leaves in our yard each fall, this year we just couldn't manage the final raking and disposal that involved all the leaves in the garden areas, under the bushes and trees, etc. We checked Angie's List and found Post Road Landscape which had excellent ratings, offered and coupon and was right here in our town. We did not contact them by e-mail until right before Thanksgiving, which is pretty late for leaf pickup, but Stephen, the owner, assured us that it could be done. He came by, e-mailed us an estimate that we accepted, and then the work was done the following week. They did an excellent job.

Unfortunately they could not help me in my snow removal search but they were kind enough to let me know that quickly.

Post Road completed the job in the time frame and cost agreed upon and were highly professional and respectful in each of our interactions. I look forward to using Post Road again next year.

I love these guys. They are a model landscaping company. They've responded to all my emails within a day. Their prices beat their competitors. When the leaves start piling up, I email them and they show up within days. They do a very thorough job (they even cut the lawn). I wish every single contractor I hired was like this. They are friendly, competent, professional, and responsive. This has been the easiest Angie's List review to write and has set the standard high for everyone else. Will hire them again next year.

Post Road has been great to work with so far. I emailed them about getting an estimate to do our regular lawn and yard work (plus snow removal in winter), and they were very prompt at getting back to me and setting up a meeting. Stephen came by after work one evening after work to meet with me and walk through our needs. He sent me an estimate that evening. His prices were a little higher than one or two other companies I met with, but I got a good vibe from him and the reviews about Post Road's work caused me to go with them. So far, we have been pleased with their work. Stephen came right away to do the trimming of our bushes, etc, which had become very overgrown. They recently came to aerate, overseed, etc. to prep the lawn for the winter, and Stephen has been very responsive to emails I have sent about watering and care for the lawn following their work. Hopefully, the good work will continue. Thus far, we are quite pleased with Post Road's work.

They were professional, high quality workers. They did work on a rentl property of mine and did a fantastic job. I would give them a high trust rating as well.

Stephen's watchful care and intervention is a valuable asset to the protection of the integrity of our home. Neither myself or my wife asked him to perform the care-taking and remedial maintenance he performed. However without his foresight and intervention our property would not exhibit the splendor it currently provides. We have been very happy with Post Road Landscaping and continue to use their service on a weekly basis. Many of our neighbors have seen the work that they have done and also hire them. They are terrific especially if you have a general idea of what you want but don't necessarily know the exact flowers and bushes you want. Steve is the friendliest guy which makes dealing with him a pleasure. We highly recommend Post Road Landscaping.

I needed my 1 acre lawn mowed as soon as possible and so called Post Road. Within a couple hours Stephen called me back and said he'd be able to get to my home that same day. When I got home after work he and his crew were just finishing up so I got to speak with him. He is very friendly and courteous and assured me he could come again for one-off, last minute mowing requests if given a 1 day notice. This is hard to find, especially in the summer. I am glad to have found this company and will be using them in the future.
