I have no hesitations about recommending Judy Moses and Pathway Home Realty if you are looking for someone to help sell your house or buy a new one. I found her to be professional, responsive, and amazingly service oriented. Compared to when we bought this house 8 years ago, a realtor's job is no longer about providing you with listings. It's all about taking care of you during the selling or buying process and that's what Judy does best. From sitting down for over an hour going over comps, to settling on a price that made sense to both me and her, to handling all details of the open house (including advice on what to fix up, arranging for house photos and floor plans for MLS, and even bringing our dog over the neighbor's house), to handling all the communications with the buyer, to giving sound advice during a somewhat difficult negotiation, to handling the home inspection, and smoke alarm installation, Judy and her team did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, we did not find a house to buy and are currently renting, but Judy is still patiently working with us to find a house, and I have no doubts that when we go through that process she will handle things just as professionally. She is low drama, so easy to get along with, and is almost always available to talk or text - exactly what we wanted during what can be a stressful process. I would give the highest recommendation to Judy Moses. We are very happy clients who finished closing on our dream house a few months back. As first time home buyers, Judy was knowledgeable, honest, caring and very responsive to us during the entire process of realizing what we were looking for in a house to finding and closing on our beautiful home. During our long search, Judy helped us narrow down to location and neighborhood as well as the type of homes to look for but never pressured us. She was patient and supported us the whole way from able to setup appointments to previewing houses within a couple days of 1st appearing on MLS, which gave us an advantage in the competitive market. We had so many questions during the entire process and now matter how small or paranoid, Judy was very quick and gave straight-forward answers/opinions. We were first time buyers. We only had a vague idea about what we needed when we started searching. Judy spent countless hours with us, asking about our preferences and patiently explaining to us the pros and cons of different options. The search took more than a year. In the process, July accompanied us to numerous properties and open houses and helped us making several offers. She always had our best interest in her mind.
