Judy helped us right from the start on our search for our first home. She helped us narrow down the best towns based on our budget and our interest. During house views she was thorough and provided us good insight on the houses prior to making a decision. She also is very knowledgable about the area and was able to provide good range estimates of how much a house could be worth. Over all we spent about 9 months searching for the perfect home for us. Judy was our wonderful realtor and helped us to find our dream home. We relocated from London, England and had no experience of the area. Judy introduced us to other families, showed us around and gave us the low-down on all the areas we looked at. She has continued to 'look after' us ever since and we now call her a friend.

Judy had been recommended to me by a friend who used Judy's firm to sell her Brookline condo. I called Judy in early 2011 and told her I wanted to put my condo on the market that Spring. She came to my home the very next evening. She wanted to look at the property and assess what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. She told me exactly what to get rid of, what to paint, etc to make it the most appealing to prospective buyers. Her suggestions were right on the money. She also wisely recommended that I get it on the market in very early Spring so there wouldn't be a lot of other similar properties for sale and the demand would be higher. In March 2011 she first held a realtors' open house to introduce the property to other realtors who may have clients looking to buy, and shortly after was the actual open house. Judy priced the condo just right for the market, and there were three offers made at the open house! Within 2 days of the open house my condo was sold.

Judy was exactly who we needed for our first home buying experience. We don't have family locally, so Judy filled in as our straight-talking "auntie." She was very patient with us as our home search area was tweaked to add or subtract a different neighborhood every few weeks. We spent five months looking before we found "the one." At each home we'd see, she'd let us talk about what we liked and what we didn't, before weighing in on what she thought. She had great insights and helped us become more informed buyers. Even after purchasing our home, Judy keeps in touch with little notes here and there. We had a great experience with Judy and I highly recommend her!

Selling a house is a scary proposition, especially when you've never done it before. Judy and her staff helped us through all the things you'd never think of , calmed us down when we got nervous about something, and of course did all the normal realtor stuff like getting pictures, publicizing, showing, dealing with potential buyers and their realtors, and so on. Not only that, but my wife and I liked (still like) her a lot. If I were ever going to sell another house, or buy one, I would want Judy to be my realtor.

Judy was a superb choice as real estate agent, looking for a house in West Roxbury and Roslindale. Without being pushy she provided plenty of feedback as I chose a place. Also helped with some of the nuances of negotiating, etc., again without being too pushy or opinionated. Plan to recommend her to many others!

Judy is fantastic. We had recently moved to Massachusetts and were ready to buy but still had plenty of sticker shock coming from Pittsburgh where we had lived for the past decade. So I decided to test the waters. I met with them in person, and based on our meeting I referred my first client to them. I couldn't have been more pleased with how well my clients were treated. Before they ever went to look at a property, Michelle and Judy sat down with the home buyers and got to know who they were working for. The result was that not a minute of time was wasted looking at irrelevant properties. I am American and my wife is Chinese, and she was very accommodating and understanding of cultural differences and considerations. So she is definitely a good agent for Chinese buyers, she knows and respects the people and culture.
