Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. They were great giving us advice to improve on things that we wanted done, so they look and work better with a given space. We are very happy again. Thank you Perry Brothers!

Perry Brothers Construction did exceptional work on our first floor family room renovation. They were prompt, professional, and priced appropriately. Every time we had a question, Bill would return our call/email/text within minutes. More importantly, they were honest and open about any changes that needed to be made to the original contract due to additions/subtractions to the original plan. We enjoyed working with them and would hire again.

We were pointed in the direction of Perry Bros by multiple people who had hired them for home renovation projects in the past. We had done several smaller projects "DIY" but when it came to knocking down several walls to renovate our kitchen, we knew we wanted to hire trusted professionals. We had looked at 2 other contractors before deciding to proceed with Perry Bros. Every member of the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We lived in the house during construction and the crew did a great job keeping the work area clean after each day of work. There were several situations throughout the project that required us to change and adapt our plans. Each time, the Perry Bros crew provided helpful guidance and recommendations. There were a few scenarios where they helped accommodate slight changes to stay within our budget. We were very pleased with how everything turned out, and would definitely hire Perry Bros again in the future.

I have found Perry Brothers Construction on Angie's List last year when I needed someone to install replacement windows in my 110 year old home. Because their bid was the most competitive and their work exceptional, I have since hired them to do a number of other home projects for me. Their work is impeccable, the crew is outgoing, friendly and respectful of my home, they clean up after themselves, and they go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Bill (one of the owners) even talked me out of buying an expensive wooden beam for my living room ceiling. Instead, his crew built one for me using antique barn wood. Not only is the beam beautiful, Bill saved me $1.2k as well! I have already referred Perry Brothers to my neighbor who has since hired them to renovate her bathroom. And I am happy to refer them to anyone else looking for a reliable contractor.

This was the last part of a large project begun early in 2019 to address structural issues and settling. Bill was very flexible, working around our schedules during the summer. His painting/wallpapering crew was excellent, giving us great advice and paying close attention to our needs. We would definitely go back to Perry Brothers for similar projects in the future.

This is the 4th time we have hired Perry Brothers Construction for work on our home. They have previously done work in our kitchen, basement and roof. Bill’s team is outstanding - they are kind, respectful and personable. They took their time explaining things, went over options with us and gave design ideas. The entire team was very respectful of my home and family (we have two young daughters). Doing a large scale project can be invasive and overwhelming, but Bill and his team made it as painless as possible. The workmanship was top-notch and I felt as though everyone really cared about my project. Bill is attentive and communicative, and the project came in on budget and on time! We will definitely hire Perry Brothers for our next project.

I highly recommend Perry Brothers Construction (and I'm a perfectionist). Bill's team consists of experts in each of the trades and each did outstanding quality work. Our project was huge and included stripping and re siding almost the whole house; removing and reframing 18 new windows, building a porch, roofing, etc. Every day his team showed up on time. And every day the job site was cleaned and presentable to minimize our construction project stress. The guys on the team were thoughtful and committed to doing the work correctly. Perry Bothers Construction did a great job with our attic remodel. They took our third flood down to the studs and completely remodeled the space adding a full bathroom, 2 closets and 5 skylights. They coordinated everything and partnered with professional contractors to get the job done right. We're extremely please with the quality of craftsmanship and their attention to detail. We will definitely be using Perry Bother Construction again for future renovation projects.

Bill Perry (Perry Brothers Construction) is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have to say, I have worked with several contractors in the past, and I am a wholehearted fan of Bill's. He and his colleagues are exceptionally attentive, very experienced, and very prompt. He replaced our roof and did some repair work on our deck and basement, with exceptional service. Anytime I call him for service/advice, he is there, without hesitation and he can be contacted at anytime. His foremen are talented and were able to diagnose some issues immediately, with repairs that held through weather. I still use Bill and his team for all of our household repair/needs, and trust him implicitly with our home. I would recommend him without ANY reservation to anyone who requires assistance on roof / building work, renovation, plumbing or other contractor-based services.

We called Perry Brothers to address obvious damage (cracking plaster, etc.) due to settling in the kitchen and an upstairs room in our 100-year-old house. Bill Perry brought in an engineer to investigate the issues, which turned out to be more widespread and serious than we had thought: a cracked main beam in the basement, insufficient vertical and horizontal supports throughout, and lack of support after a couple of walls had been removed by a previous owner. As a result, what was expected to be a relatively short project turned into a much longer one, involving significant disruption in the house. Bill worked with us to break the project down into manageable pieces (basement first, then kitchen, and finally the upstairs room), and to work around our schedules as much as possible. The workers did a great job managing dust and debris, and cleaned up well afterwards. Everyone on the team was skilled, knowledgeable, creative, and friendly – a pleasure to work with! Finally, Bill brought in an excellent painter who left us with a beautiful kitchen and dining room. We still have to do the upstairs room, which we hope to start next week.

Highly professional and very pleasant workers. All old decking and rails removed. We wanted to keep back screening and gazebo as both were in good condition. We replaced the old pressure treated with new Trex decking, rails and did facing in Trex as well. Additional supports were added to account for the flexibility of the Trex compared to pressure treated. The stair stringers were in rough shape and they agreed to replace those once I saw the condition and expressed my concerns. The cellar door had warped and could not be effectively closed. That was removed and replaced with a new door.

After purchasing our home, we needed to install additional lally columns in our basement as the main beam was being held up by temporary jacks. Unfortunately, as new home owners and not understanding the level of work necessary, we hired a handyman to do the work. The result was work that was not to code and had to be redone. Initial assessment was done in the Fall 2018. Bill came on time and evaluated the site. I had already provided a stamped engineering drawing on the work, which simplified the work great. Work was scheduled for late January, early February. Bill was in continuous communication as the start time changed due to a prior project going over. Work started mid February and took about 2 weeks. The crew was prompt and professional every day. It was obvious they look at our house as if it was their own. Work was completed on time and without any issues. I would strongly recommend Perry Brothers and will look to them for future projects.

We hired Perry Brothers to remodel part of our bathroom (tub, tiling, plumbing, paint). The end-result was fantastic. Really quality work, and it looks exactly how we had envisioned it. They were quick to address any concerns we had, and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Would hire again.

We brought in several contractors to get some estimates and they gave us a great quote, but more importantly left us feeling like this is a contractor who I trust and one I would really like to work with. We ran into a few unforeseen structural issues once the project started and the team did a great job coordinating with our local building inspectors and suggested solutions that were cost effective, structurally sound, and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent, outstanding craftsman. Design and work were completed on schedule. All materials used were highest quality. Workers were understanding regarding how to structure the room for maximum use by a handicapped individual. Can't say enough about the workers and the company. Highly recommend. Also prior to this work remodeled a bathroom for a handicapped individual which was also completed timely and in a professional manner.

Professional and timely staff. Windows were installed perfectly with minimal impact to the existing trim/walls. Respectful crew- left my house in cleaner condition than it was when the work began. Highly recommend Bill and his team!
