We called him, and he came over promptly. He was very informative and very good. He lived up to all his reviews. We researched the material; he is going to get back to us with the price. We would consider using them in the future if necessary.

I didn't expect to find someone willing to go out to the property the same day, however, William Perry came out and had a written esimate ready in the morning. Excellent service overall. I have not had the work done because I don't own the house yet, but I would not hesitate to consider using Perry Brothers for the work.

The project went well, overall. They began in early July and finished around mid-October, with a few final details that brought us up to around the first of November. All construction debris was removed. Mr. Perry responded quickly to any issues that arose and they were resolved. The only small issue was that some of the subcontractors were not as diligent as they should have been in using drop cloths consistently in the hall connecting the two bathrooms. The carpet was spotted with dirt but we were able to shampoo the rug after the renovation was complete. We thought it was a good experience and we personally liked Mr. Perry very much. A very pleasant man and good to work with.

Installation was done as promised in a timely manner. Property was cleaned up when the job was done. Would definetely use them again.

We had a stretch of heavy rain and noticed a small leak in my roof. I called Perry Brothers and they sent someone out for an estimate that same day. Work was started on the day it was scheduled,(within a week), and was finished on scheduled day. Price did not differ from original contractual agreement. Work was done by skilled and courteous workmen that kept my yard clean and safe. Dumpster was removed day after completion. First rate job!!!

Mr Perry was a few minutes late, and had invited an electrician he worked with to join us. He spent about an hour or so with me and my realtor. We went through the house from top to bottom and talked about what improvements needed to be done. I am a small, quiet female and often feel ignored or talked down to by contractors, and I have to say that was the case here as well. We met on a Sat. morning. I called Monday to inquire about when I would get the estimate. Tuesday afternoon Mr. Perry faxed an itemized, detailed estimate to me that was very clear and exactly what I was looking for. During the walk through, the electrician took one look at the electrical box and said the whole thing would need to be replaced and updated. Two months later, when my home inspector looked at the same box he stated it looked great. In fact, the electrical system is the only part of the house that had been updated. My assumption based on this is that while Mr. Perry may be an honest businessman, the company he keeps - his electrician friend -is either not honest or not competent. I wouldn't call either of them again for anything.

I was led to Bill Perry by a referral from a retired friend. Bill has a competent crew leader and crew. Bill and his crew leader answered all my questions and helped greatly with their ideas and suggestions. They were courteous and considerate at all times. When I could not get my electrician and plumber to do work when needed, Bill was able to supply replacement craftsmen immediately. At the end of the work, all of my concerns were resolved satisfactorily. The work and the house looks just great.
