Description of Work: Perry Brothers built our deck/ privacy screen in August 2012. Working with Bill was the most favorable experience a client could hope for. He was clear, friendly, forthcoming and professional. He returned our calls or emails immediately, with clear answers, even while on vacation, and easily understood what we wanted to accomplish. The work was finished quickly and the construction area was left in better condition than before the project was started. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of the deck. With all of this, his quote was the lowest of 5 other contractors we spoke with! The other contractors clearly adjusted their quotes based on our Andover address, trying to get as much as possible for the job, and the estimate range was surprising. It is clear to me that Bill does not work this way, and that his company has built up business and favorable reputation by providing high quality work for a consistent fair price, with many clients returning. It is comforting to know that we will call on Perry Brothers again for our next project.
