Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "We hired Pete to make over our master bedroom. We had horrible, old paneling and a tile ceiling. Pete came and gave me a very fair quote and started the work when he said he would. They put up fresh drywall, installed new doors and redid the closet as well. All the painting was done masterfully by Pete and all trim work was perfect. We were so incredibly impressed that we immediately hired Pete to install a 1/2 bathroom on the second floor - where there was no bathroom before. This project was tough to figure out in a 100+ year home but Pete was extremely patient and communicated every issue or suggestion before proceeding. The best part about working with Pete is his team. Every single person who came to the house was extremely polite, professional, and kept perfect social distance (masks at all times) requirements. We have always been worried about finding a good contractor, especially right now. But now we have one!"
