Eddie and his team of workers did an amazing job replacing my gutters; even after the late deliver. I am truly amazed at the quality and the speed of these men, they were very knowledgeable about the work they do and very clean. They installed my gutters in less then 2 hours, and made sure around my yard was clean. I will strongly recommend Couto Construction for all projects in door or out door. Cesar, Freddy and Diego are great! They maintain a clean job site every day. They’re providing precision form, fit and function while conscientiously blending 70+ year old wooden gutter returns into the new aluminum and PVC trim. This is especially nice to have since it was not done on a previous set of gutter replacements. Keep up the great work! Love these guys.

Extremely well. Showed up on time as promised for quote and work. Kevin and Freddy did the work on time and in a high quality fashion. They left the job site clean and tidy. I am very fussy but was totally satisfied with their work. Courteous, efficient, great attention to detail. I could not be happier.

Jim and Joseph were the crew that came to fix the problem. They’d were great! Personable, knowlegable, pleasant, efficient, neat and nice. I would note that Couto Construction was the only one of five roofing companies that would take the job because it involved co-ordination between craftsmen knowledgeable in flat roofs, siding and carpentry. The others indicated they would need to use sub-contractors which would could cause scheduling issues. I Can highly recommend Jim, Joseph and the all of the employees of Couto Construction. Would also give high marks to Eddie who did advance work to locate the problems and to Cindy in the office who was always professional, friendly and had a good sense of humor.

A very large tree fell in a heavy wind storm and did extensive damage to the roof and interior of our home creating holes in our roof and crushing part of the eves. We called Couto Construction because they did work for us before and we felt confident they had the right skilled workers and could complete the job before any more damage was done by water or snow. Couto Construction repaired the structural damage, replaced the roof, exterior siding and trim, gutters and repaired the interior drywall and plaster. Couto is a large, professionally run construction firm that can tackle large projects. Jeff completed our estimates and worked with our insurance company to make sure our home was restored to its original condition. Carlos (project manager) and Eddie (foreman) were always responsive and listened to any questions or concerns. I had phone numbers for both and was encouraged to call with any concerns. Chris, Cesae, and Justin did meticulous work and went above and beyond on the plaster and made sure I was happy with the work. Cleanup was very thorough. The exterior crew worked long days and some weekends to take advantage of the dry weather and prevent further damage. Overall I am very pleased with the work. When choosing roofers it is especially important to find a team that will complete the work thoroughly and safely. Couto is certified by Owens Corning and you receive a long warranty for the roof. They use all the correct roofing pieces and do a thorough design with appropriate venting and ice and water shield to prevent leaks. Thanks for a job well done!

Kevin and Freddy right from the beginning up untill the build was completed always kept me in the loop as far as how the build was going. Friendly and approachable, willing to answer any questions I had. PROFESSIONALISM at it's best!.... Salesmen Mathew Franco made the purchase easy, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend asking for Mathew, as I will with future projects. Keep up the good work!

Carlos Pereira and his team are excellent. Carlos was the best. Carlos was very patient with all of my questions and request. Carlos always returned my calls and make suggestions to what i thought was a problem. They replaced my window and installed new siding. My house looks beautiful. After the work was completed he personally came back to complete the final touches. I would and have recommended them to all of my family and friends.

We were extremely pleased with the work that was done. Carlos, the project manager, answered all our questions and frequently came to our home making sure the project was progressing as planned. The entire crew just wanted us to be happy with the work and we definitely are.

After wasting money on various contractors we finally found Couto Construction. It was a great experience starting with the salesman James who helped us design and choose all the materials for our project with complete transparency. Carlos was our project manager. His communication was great and he made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Dave and Dan installed our windows, doors and railings. They did a great job and were very respectful cleaning up after themselves in the house. Our house looks even better than we imagined it would when we started this whole project. Our garage needs work next and we will definitely hire Couto again.

THEIR SUPERVISOR CARLOS AND THE COUTO COMPANY SHOULD BE PROUD THAT THEY HAVE SUCH GREAT GUYS WORKING FOR THEM..COUTO CONSTRUCTION IS FOR NOW ON- MY GO TO COMPANY FOR ANY JOB !!

Not good. Rep came out to look at gutters without bringing a ladder. He used ours and went up and told us that roof and gutters looked good and were clean. He gave us a price for replacing one gutter in back, which we thought was a very high price, but we agreed and SIGNED A CONTRACT. We were told the work wouldn't be done for approx two months. Two weeks later we got a call from him saying he made a mistake and original price of $970 was incorrect and the price is now $1320. We told him we didn't want to do the work. I had another contractor come over to price the job and he took a basketball size amount of pine needles out of the gutter/drain pipe that Couto rep said was clean.

It was good. They clean up very well. But the ceiling in the attic I had to clean up. Other then that they were good.

The process for getting an estimate is top notch, as was the presentation of materials. They sent me an email with an introduction to the rep who would be coming to my house. Nice! The rep was on time and did a presentation on the company, on the Owens Corning materials they use, and their process in installing the roof. He actually went up on my roof himself, which no once else did. He told me my flashing looked good and didn't need replacing (which I have since read is maybe not a best practice.) Then he quoted me the price. It was a clear $4,000 higher than any of the other 3 quotes I received. I showed him one of the other estimates and he couldn't point out any difference in what they were doing. He said that for $1k less they could offer me the same roof but a shorter warrantee on labor. (Mind you, at least one other company that quoted me much less was offering a lifetime warrantee on labor.) I was willing to pay a little more for a really professional and hassle-free process, but not THAT much more. For reference, my roof is 1500 sq ft and their quotes were $12k/$11k.

Quality work, honest staff & reasonable prices! Job was done quickly and left clean. Would definitely use them again.

Every aspect went GREAT! Great presentation of their product...Expensive, but they did work with me and helped me save a little money. The workers were Professional and friendly Foreman always present..Also met one of the co-owners...Worked quickly and efficiently. And when they finished, you would never know they were there. REAL PROS!!! I would recommend them to anyone and would also hire them again.

Unfortunately, this contractor inadvertently damaged the air conditioning piping located in our attic. I contacted them and rather than take responsibility for their mistake they shifted the blame and did not stand behind their product for a lousy $295 bill! Very disappointing! I would not recommend their services to friends and family!
