Yesterday, Devyn and Joseph, from Cuoto Construction came and did a bay window replacement for me. I have to say it was a real treat to work with this company and these two men. They started by giving me an overview of what they were going to do and they were so gracious in answering all of my questions with a complete explanation. Upon completion, I was so happy to see that they cleaned up the entire area that they worked in. The window looked so beautiful. I must tell you that last summer Cuoto Construction sided and installed new windows on my whole house. They did such a great job, I had them come back to do this bay window. You would do well to have Cuoto do construction for you.

The Couto team is a professionally run company. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. Sean, the Estimator carefully looked at the job and throughly explained all options available. On the day of the job the crew arrive early and got right to work, Josue kept me informed throughout the day and he followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

There were many delays and setbacks, however they delivered fully and were committed to customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for a company who can do your project from start to finish on time, on budget and reliable, you should consider Couto Construction. After several no-show local contractors and inflated estimates, subcontract work, etc., you could say, we were frustrated. Then, we came across Couto Construction. From the beginning, our project supervisor, Cesar Botelho was incredibly understanding and offered multiple suggestions and choices to ensure that the project ran smoothly. He worked to keep us on time, on budget and provided quality results with his crew. When it comes to reliability and trust, look no further. I would select Couto again for additional projects to my home and recommend to family and friends!

Quick and easy. Josue showed up with his crew, and all three windows were replaced before lunch. The process to get to that point was pretty smooth and flexible.

The team at Couto did such a great and thorough job at my home! The Roof came out great! The job was done in a day! Jon Pasco did my estimate and explained so well the job they would provide for me, I felt very educated on the service and felt confident in the company after speaking with him! Josué the production supervisor kept me updated throughout the day of service and he had great communication and even came and rechecked the job the following day! I highly recommend this company!

Josué and his team were extremely professional. They installed our roof in one day. Everything they cleaned up and they left nothing behind. Josué came back the next day to inspect the roof himself. Would recommend to anyone looking to do work on their home.

Got roof, gutters and chimney done by Josue and his crew. Job was done quickly and well done, couldn't ask for more. Josue is very professional, stay on top of the job and communicating with me, that is a plus!!! I'm very happy with the job and definitely will hire again.

It went wonderfully! From making an appt to complete installation. The men who installed the windows were polite, helpful and extremely skilled at their job. I will not only say I would hire them again, I did,!! I also had my roof done by Couto construction and received the same great service.. I highly recommend them...

Brendan & Johnny were absolutely amazing!! They worked quickly and the window install went perfectly! They look amazing!!!

While they were not able to do this particular job, the representative who came out (Jose) was on time, professional and thorough. He gave me some tips and even flew his drone up to get a close look at the needed repairs on the chimney. I would definitely consider them for future roofing/siding needs.

When I reached out to Josh, he had all the answers and I feel like he kept the ball rolling. Brendan and Juan Carlos were very professional and did a great job. Brendan was very helpful and patient when keeping me informed of their progress.

To say that Cueto Construction was phenomenal would be an understatement. Every aspect of my experience with them -- from estimate to finished product -- was a pleasure. Not only did they show up (early!), but keep me in the loop at every stage of production. The project manager they assigned to my job (Richie) was knowledgable and a real pleasure to deal with. Would I hire them again? Actually, yes, after seeing the workmanship and attention to detail on my roofing project, I engaged them to reside the entire house . . . so long as Richie is overseeing that project too!

Starting off, Josh the sales rep did a great job at explaining how the Provia windows work and just how greatly designed they are. He ensured a smooth process with contracts and was very responsive. Once the project manager Carlos gave us a rundown of how things would go, it was obvious these guys knew exactly what they were doing. I can’t thank the installation crew enough for an outstanding job. Brendan, Carlos, Juan, and Richard did an amazing job on the installation and made sure everything was done neatly and correctly. Very professional.

I was referred by Karen Berche. She was very helpful connecting me with the sales and production team. Everything went wonderfully. The job was completed in one day and they did all the clean up. Followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job

The whole process was painless. Communication was spot on. The workers on time every day. Worked hard. Cleaned up everyday. Office staff great. Everyone at the company was very responsive. Cesar Botelho the project manager was GREAT!!!

Cesar Botelho was great to work with. Actually the entire Couto group was great. They explained everything. Checked in twice a day. Answered a my questions I. A timely and clear manner. I am very happy!!!

Jason and Joseph arrived promptly and began working immediately. They were careful to cover my carpeting to catch any debris that fell. The broken windows were removed and the new ones installed beautifully. The Inside of my home and the outside was cleaned as if they had never been here. Two extremely hard workers…pleasant, courteous, and respectful. Thank you, Jason and Joseph!

Needed new shingles on our house. Reps came to inspect the roof, had a full on presentation with Ipad and pics of our roof. Expect an attempt at upsell, be sure to ask questions for all options. Once we were comfortable with what we wanted, we scheduled. Appt was a month or so away, but an opening occurred...they called, we rescheduled, got it done even sooner. Did the work in a day, looked great! Had a small issue a week later after a lot of rain (small amount of water in basement around bottom of boiler chimney). Scheduled out for later in the week, but impending rain brought them sooner. Couldn't find an issue but resealed around chimney anyway. No issues since. Highly recommend, professional and timely. Cesar was our site rep.
