Exceptional job from providing the estimate to the follow up after the roof replacement was completed.

Couto Construction was very professional. They happily offered me several quotes depending on what we chose for materials and work. They were quick but thorough. They left the area clean and contacted us soon after to make sure that we were happy with the job. I would certainly recommend them.

Everything was great right from the start to the end. Sean (salesman) came to house to give me a quote. He was very professional, had all the products that were to be used with him and explained the entire process from start to finish. Next the office called me to confirm the quote was accepted and once again explain the entire project and gave me an estimate of 2 to 3 weeks for the project to begin and that I would be getting another call to confirm when the exact date would be. I got a call a few days later to schedule the job in 2 weeks. Day of the job work crew showed up exactly on time, they did an excellent job, were very respectful of my property and kept everything super clean and organized. Brian (job foreman) answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He came back the next day after job was complete to inspect one last time and make sure I was satisfied and there were no outstanding issues. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to hire Couto Construction again.

the day they said would be their showed up at the time I was told, introduced me to his employees,said would have to leave to look at other jobs but would return. the employees got to work wright away, finished the job in the day,which is the time frame they told me,has rained several times since and not a drop of rain has gotten inside house or for that matter the wood roof in the garage has stayed dry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great job and would highly recommend, was not only contractor I contacted 3 prices one 6500 and then 2 at 4500. went with Couto because general contractor so when I need future work I know what to expect

Couto Construction recently finished the second roofing job for me. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The crew was very professional and showed up on time every time, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The owner always kept me informed when something came about, which I really liked! It made me feel like he really cared about the job and the end results. Most importantly the price we paid was much lower than the other local roofing companies. I would absolutely recommend Couto Construction to my family and friends!!
