TOLLINS WINDOW CLEANING

They came to do estimate right away, called me, scheduled the date, called again to confirm, came when they were supposed to, and did a great job. Left the house neat.

These guys were great. Fast, thorough - awesome! Pointed out sun damage and scratches done by painters. Will only use Tollins in the future (and will not wait so long to wash them again)!

I have used Tollins before to do all my windows. So, I knew how professional and efficient they were. A crew of 6 workers came to my home and washed the inside and outside of each window and sliding glass door, as well as a chandelier that I had not been able to reach to clean on my own. They had ladders that even reached the 3rd story in the back of my house. They were quick, pleasant, and left all my windows spotless. No mess, no fuss. They are the only company that I trust to completely clean my windows!

It was our first time ever doing this with a professional team and we'll never go back to doing it ourselves. They were prompt, efficient, clean, and they educated us on how to maintain the great finished look. Team of 3 guys did whole house in 3 hours, inside and out.

It went as expected from beginning to end

I believe I paid them a little over $700 on their services. I don’t have the records right here. It was $750 or something like that. They did a very good job. I haven’t had my windows cleaned probably since thirty five years. I’m not in a position to evaluate relatively with the other window cleaners. I hired them because their reviews were good on Angie’s list and they lived up to what everybody said about them. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.

My experience with Tollins was extremely positive. My windows hadn't been cleaned properly in years and I was extremely satisfied with the results. They truly sparkle! Everyone, from the woman in the office to the guys who cleaned the windows, was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have many windows (almost all with storms) in my 4,000 square foot home but was surprised that it only took about 3.5 hours to clean all of them. The cleaning crew wasn’t rushed; they were just very efficient. I will certainly be calling upon them yearly now.

From the scheduling to the completion of the job, Tollins was professional and exact with their details of when and how work would be done. Three men came to do the windows. They showed up at the time expected and they went about their work with no delay or small talk. Each had a different room they were doing, so there was little talk between the three of them.

Three workmen appeared precisely on time. They were courteous and neat, even to the point of taking off their shoes in the house.They worked hard for 3 1/2 hours, but could not finish the job because our windows were stained by drips from the gutters. They cheerfully agreed to reschedule for next week so as to not be late for their next appointment. When I asked their office manager whether the price woulg go up beacause the job was more difficult than anticipated, she responded that the total $625 would not change. She added that sometimes this happens and their company would rather lose money on the first time, but gain a loyal customer in the long run. That was a very refreshing attitude in this day and age, and based on my experience to date with their work crew, they have made a forever customer out of me. The quality of the their work done so far is very good considering how dirty the windows were.

They are fabulous - on-time, professional, friendly, helpful, thorough. I called the owners after the guys had left my house to tell them how much I thought of the service and the team who did it, and that I wished I could hire them to do another job. These people are truly outstanding!!!

This is family business who were a pleasure to do business with. They were very professional and accommodating. The crew arrived on schedule, worked quietly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our daily activities. They did a very nice jow. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

After a quick response to my request for an estimate to wash the first floor windows in my house ( the rest to be done in the spring), he came by to look at the job but never left an estimate. I assume this means he is not interested in the job.

The whole job from start to finish was handled completely professionally. They made an estimate, set a date, performed the work in an excellent fashion. My windows have never looked better.

All the work was completed, quickly and efficiently. Thorough cleaning of windows and sills, exterior and interior.

They were absolutely excellent. First of all, they are very professional. The young men who had come out were in their twenties and they are extremely polite and smart. I just can’t say enough and I wish they were my own kids. I can’t believe that I waited for so long to clean my windows. My windows look like hundred percent new windows now. They were financially extremely reasonable. They were just $150 and if I had to know it was only that much, I would have had it done couple of times in the year. I also didn’t know that they use some kind of acid on the screen on the outside window and that forms a cloudy film on it. They cleaned with the acid cleaner and it looks like a hundred percent new window. I am very pleased with them and I will definitely work with them again in the future. I’ve had a really good experience with them. Their price was extremely reasonable. Actually I don’t think that they charge enough. For the amount of time they spent in there, it doesn’t seem worth it. I will use their services again in the future.

They did a really good job. They pointed out a few things out that was helpful. They were friendly and informative and went back to re do anything was missed. They also walked me through the process step by step.

They were fine, they did just what I asked them to do and communicated well. Next year, I'll use them again. First of all, they did what they said they would do, the price was reasonable and they made a point of telling me that everyone they used was legally in this country. I liked the town they were from, I have some business relationships there. It was obviously a family business. When I talked to one person it was her father that was coming out and her father did come out. I liked dealing with a family business a lot. They were reasonable, reliable, nice people and I will have them back next year. I called 3 people different people, I had one other estimate and theirs was lower.

They were professional, responsive, hard-working, on time and thorough. They did a good job.

It went very well, the team was very courteous and professional. They were on time and finished in about 2.5 hours. The owner Marty was very nice. I will definitely have them back next year.

Not only were they professional in the correspondence (phone calls, estimate, etc.) but the work they did was outstanding. They were on time, polite, and did a great job. We did not realize how much grime was on some windows until they'd cleaned them.

Initially we had high hopes that the job would be done right. They were very responsive to our initial phone call, followed up immediately, and even moved up the job as we needed it done quickly. The windows were very clean, but the sills were vacuumed quickly and were still dirty upon completion. In addition, we had newly painted radiators that had debris from the windows that they left behind. When I called the owner of the company, she was very sympathetic and offered to send another crew out immediately, but we had already done the cleanup ourselves. I would have liked to use them again in the future, but I am left disappointed by the rush job and lack of attention to detail.
