Bill did the power washing of my house and my deck and did a terrific job. My deck looks brand new! Ace and his crew of window washers did a great job as well. This was the first time I had ever had my windows washed and they are so clean! I would definitely hire this company again.

This was my first time having windows cleaned professionally. I hired Tollins based on Angie's List reviews as well as a phone call to the owner. My questions were all answered and the workers arrived on schedule, very considerate and professional. I couldn't believe how clean and streak-free my windows were. I was completely satisfied with the work performed, will use them again, and would definitely recommend Tollins Window Cleaning.

they arrived on time and got right to work. after they finished their group leader went and inspected all of our windows and cleaned up one or two that needed it. For the most part, very professional, though one of the cleaners was discussing some personal business which was pretty inappropriate. He was aware that I was working in the next room. If my children were home, I would have been very irritated.

The window cleaners did a fantastic job; our windows are so bright and clear it is as if they are brand new. It is a pleasure to be in our house this fall as it is filled with light from the shining clean windows. Having said that, contact with the office manager gruff and unprofessional. She made it difficult to reschedule and it was persistence on the part of the customer that made a timely reschedule possible. We will use Tollins again as the service performed was top notch. Perhaps in the future the quality of the administration will match the stellar work of the window cleaners.

This is the 2nd time that I have used Tollins and they are great. We have a large home and their crew is alway punctual and courteous. This visit we had a skylight that was hard to reach and they needed to come back with a longer pole. The next day they came back and finished the work. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services in the near future

After seeing positive reviews for Tollins Window Cleaning on Angie's List, i contacted them to wash 26 windows which included large windows on my porch. My email was promptly answered and a day for the service was scheduled. Tollins was prompt and professional, efficiently doing a fabulous job on all the windows. What a pleasant surprise when they cleaned all the french doors too! Anything moved was placed back into position. Except for perfectly clean windows, you'd never know they were here. I will definitely have them back in the future.

Arrived on time and got right to work. They did all the windows, inside and out and carefully moved and replaced the furniture. lamps, etc. Five upstairs windows required walking on a steep farmers porch roof and the second floor window in the foyer required getting a long ladder up inside. No problem. They also did a tricky chandelier in the foyer.

This is the third time I have used Tollins to clean my windows after going many years not attending to this important house chore. Not only do they do a wonderful job, show up on time and float through the house quietly but I trust them to be in my home whether I am there or not. The type of family business, focused on customer service, that we all so appreciate.

In the 4 years since I had new windows installed in my condo, I just didn't clean them. Gradually they got so dingy that I couldn't ignore it anymore. They are Pella windows which, I found, are impossible to tilt in so that their exteriors can be cleaned. Before I contacted Tollins Window Cleaning, I tried two other window cleaning firms, both recommended on Angie's List. Neither one returned my call. But when I called Tollins, there was actually a live person on the other end, and I was able to set up an appointment. It turned out I was calling in prime season, and the earliest anyone could see me was in three weeks. That was acceptable. As scheduled, and on time, a 3-man work crew from Tollins came to my house on August 4, 2014. They cleaned all 15 windows, inside and out, plus the screens; also, two deck doors. The whole job took less than an hour. And for $182? I couldn't believe it, considering the quality of the work. The windows have never been so clean. I can't recommend Tollins enough. I will definitely have them back next year.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the service Tollins Window Cleaning provided. Linda was very pleasant to deal with, and we appreciated her getting us scheduled before our out of town company arrived for a 1 week stay. The staff showed up on time (early, in fact), the job took about the length of time Linda said it would, all of the workers were very polite and professional, and our windows look great. We just had our house painted last fall, and the power washing left our windows very dirty. Tollins did a great job and we will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They responded promptly to my call and we scheduled the service of a couple of weeks before a big summer party at my house.S Someone came out and took a look at the windows and I was given a price for the job. It was reasonable. A couple of days before they called because they had a cancellation and were able to do my job a bit early. On the day of the cleaning 3 guys showed up on time and worked steadily for about 2.5 hours. Even though my windows allow cleaning from the inside, they clean the outside and then the inside without using the window's mechanisms. When done, they close the windows and lock them. When they left I came down and was pleased with the work: the windows looked marvelous! Great company and great work!

Gave advance notice of their arrival. Very thorough job as some areas were quite soiled. Would highly recommend for this type of service and also for their window cleaning which I have used for many years.

3+ workers showed up. Worked for 3 hours. All windows look beautiful. I would use again!

They did a good job cleaning both the inside and outside including storm windows.
