Great Job !! The price was reasonable. I called them Monday, they came out and estimated it Tuesday and they did the job on Wednesday ! Results look very good.

Called. Have had M Annis multiple times before - always pleased. Prompt service date. Workers arrived on time, worked efficiently. Invoice = estimate. Very pleased.

Mr. Annis was very helpful and friendly on the phone. They were able to come within a few weeks (other companies were quoting months out for scheduling). They were able to come on a Saturday which meant I didn't have to miss a workday. The workers were professional. They got cloudy spots and streaks off windows that other companies had told me could not be cleaned. Price was high (I paid $330 for window cleaning to a different company a year ago), but they did do a better job. They did not give me the 10% discount that Mr. Annis verbally agreed to on the phone.

The house looks great! I was able to get it done within 2-3 days of calling. I was quoted $450 and it ended up costing $575, a little more that I expected. I thought that when they got to the house if it was going to be more than they quoted me they would have called to let me know.

The team was professional and the work efficient and good. The project leader, Carlos, called me 20 minutes ahead of arriving, which I appreciated, and they arrived in the pre-planned time window. My windows look SO much better. They took care with the screens and windows, did a little scraping where needed, vacuumed out the sills, and cleaned the windows beautifully. In the house, they took off their shoes, which I appreciated, and left everything nice and neat. The only reason I gave a B on responsiveness was that when I called with a follow-up question after making my initial appointment, it took two phone calls a few days apart to get a returned call. But the people I spoke with when making my appointment and when I got the returned follow up call with pleasant and straightforward.

Very good overall. But left a few small black splotches on a couple of the window sills (presumably from the cleaning agent) -- nothing major, but surprising since they are otherwise very good.

The experience went very well. I have a big house. They were responsive when I called and they called me back. They came with a crew of people and they were very unobtrusive. Most of the fellows worked on the outside. There was one on the inside who opened all the windows. They basically cleaned most of them from the outside. They were efficient. They probably spent 4 or 5 hours for a 3000 square foot home with 2 stories and an attic. They were attentive to me and my property. They were all business. They came and got the job done and did a very good job. They did what they told me. The price was higher than I anticipated.

They came late in the day on the day right before we had a lot of rain, so it was awesome that they worked late to get us in. We had been told it would get done that week and it was. They were very fast and very clean. We have a lot of new plantings and beds. They were very careful and did not harm anything. They told us that we had a gutter that was stopped up, and the end was buried into our asphalt driveway. With our OK, they cut the gutter, put on n elbow, and redirected the water so it wouldn't clog. No extra charge. Completely pleased with them. Will use them again in the fall.

A crew of four men came to the house exactly on time to clean the windows of my colonial home. They were thorough, careful and respectful of my home. If I had a question, it was answered completely. The workmanship was excellent.

M. Annis was very polite when scheduling our gutter cleaning and showed up within a few days (they didn't need to schedule a visit). The 'cleaning' basically consisted of a bunch of guys with ladders banging our gutter spouts with hammers. While the gutters were cleaned and have not clogged, there are now dents on all of the metal. It seemed quite expensive for the amount of time and effort they put into the project.

They did a very good work. They were very responsible. Overall I am fine with them. I like the way they cleaned the window. I would use them again and I have an appointment with them tomorrow morning.

Now I'm a fussy homeowner, I'll be the first to admit that, and if something can be done just a little bit better with just a smidgen more effort, I will insist upon it. Originally I had planned to have M. Annis Home Enhancement (MAHE) clean my windows AND gutters. Because I wanted to evaluate two different cleaning companies, I later downgraded the scope of the job to just gutter cleaning. Gutter cleaning was fine -- probably the type of job any other gutter-cleaning company would do -- just a bit pricey to my mind. (Also, the crew walked through my mulched flower beds, where perennial shoots were beginning to emerge, so I had to ask them not to. I get it, guys aren't big gardeners so they don't pay attention to planting beds, but you'd think after so many years of cleaning home exteriors MAHE would've developed a protocol for where not to step). It was the gutter whitening job that left me less than completely satisfied with their service. I had all the gutters on the front of my house whitened. They did an adequate job whitening the second-floor gutters. It was the whitening of the first-floor gutter -- highly visible from the ground -- that sealed the deal for me not to hire them again. While the section of gutter that sports an end bracket is always going to be the dirtiest spot on the gutter, a little extra elbow grease is usually all that's called for to get it clean. After asking them to go over that spot once more, I still wasn't satisfied with the appearance ... so I went into the house, grabbed some Q-tips, got on their ladder and went at it myself. Sure, the crew leader handed the bottle of cleaner up to me when I needed it, and even offered me a rag. And maybe they don't carry Q-tips on them or cleaning with a Q-tip isn't covered under their liability insurance. Or maybe only REALLY FUSSY homeowners clean with a Q-tip. But, really, I pay you to whiten my gutters and you just watch me do it myself?? You know, if they'd still been cleaning other parts of my gutter -- but they weren't, they were done -- I might have understood why they didn't say something to the effect of: "Let us do that; you're paying us to do the work. We want you to be satisfied." Anyway, I did manage to improve that section of the gutter -- all it took was the right tool and the desire to get the best outcome possible. (In response to MAHE's probable reply that I'm simply a homeowner with unreasonable expectations: Sorry, but since I was able to get the gutter noticeably whiter with just a little extra effort and a "creative" cleaning technique -- and it only took 10 minutes -- my expectations are hardly unreasonable.)

I contacted M Annis because I was in need of having the gutters cleaned on my two story home. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and suggested a good time to have the work done. I am a new home owner so I wasn't sure of the best time of year to have the gutters cleaned. I was given a price estimate over the phone based on linear footage and was told I didn't need to be home when they came to do the work. I happened to stop home from work that particular day and saw them at work. They came in a professional looking van and the two workers looked professional as well. I didn't get up on the roof to inspect the work afterwards but the lower gutters I can see from my windows look spotless and all drain spouts appear to be competely clear. They bagged all of the leaves and debris from the gutters and left them near our trash bins. My only complaint is the refuse was bagged in plastic bags which cannot be picked up by our town so I had to rebag in paper. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and will use M Annis in the future.

Excellent Job. The windows were very cloudy, and we had been told by other cleaners that they were permanently streaked because the previous owner had left the screens in. So we were very pleased to see them come out so clear. The Annis team was fast and professional. We'd use them again for other jobs.

The crew arrived promptly, were very efficient in organizing the job - some worked outside to clean the gutters (even replaced a 3rd floor dryer vent cover that had fallen off - no charge!) and others removed screens (shoes off before they entered the house) while cleaning began inside and out. Work was done very efficiently and in a timely manner, the crew were very friendly and accommodating. There was no evidence that they had been there at all except for sparkling clean windows and wide-open gutters. I would highly recommend this company for these services.

I needed to get my gutters cleaned (which I had them do last year) and for the first time since I've owned the property, get the windows cleaned. I had an estimate from the previous year for the windows which they honored. On the day of service, the team lead called and indicated he would be about an hour late. When they came, the team lead at first indicated that he didn't realize they were supposed to do the gutters, somewhat of a red flag. His English skills were not great, nor was his demeanor. They came with a large crew and went to work on the windows immediately. They clearly knew what they were about and cleaned all the windows inside and out including the skylight and the casement windows. However, even though the windows look much better, I would say they did the 85% solution - even though I was right there, they did not give me an opportunity to go around with them and inspect and later I found some spots and streaks that would have been addressed with a more thorough job. There was a little bit of a disconnect when I asked them to also take down and do the inside of the storm windows - they pointed out to me that was not in the original estimate which in fact I had overlooked. What I did not appreciate was that the lead was telling me they were in a hurry to get to their next appointment which was at Noon and couldn't take the time - I had lost an hour of my appointment time for them being late and I can't see why my appointment is less important than the people before of after me! They then cleaned the gutters and I paid the bill. Overall the service experience was not wonderful, but the work was solid if not spectacular. The price was right and I would recommend and use them again, understanding that the total experience may not be top notch.

As usual an excellent job done on time. Very professional and a fair price. The job was not your usual "fence painting" the detail in the pergola and fences made it a difficult job but M Annis Home Enhancement completed the job with the result of complete satisfaction.
