THE TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. WE HAD SOME UNUSUAL SHAPES AND LOCATIONS- THAT WERE NO PROBLEM FOR THEM. WHEN THEY CAME INSIDE THEY WERE FOOT COVERINGS TO PROTECT OUR CARPET. AND WHEN THEY LEFT WE WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THEY WERE THERE, BUT FOR THE CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOWS THEY LEFT.

This company does excellent work from the person with whom you make the appointment to the cleaning crew! I highly recommend them!

I have been using M. Annis for years. They continue to provide amazing service. The crews are friendly, professional and extremely trustworthy.

They showed up time and did an amazing job.

The day after the pressure wash the two locks on my side door didn't work and had to be replaced. I know they washed that area because water seeped under the sill onto the kitchen floor. But what really upset me was that they took the finish off the cellar door and now there are brown (wood) slashes on the door which will have to be replaced. I called and left a message informing them of this and not even a phone call back to apologize.

Mr. Handyman providers were very professional and very pleasant. They arrived on time. The work was completed efficiently and with good quality.

It went ok. Why wouldn’t hey bless a couple of pine needles off the roof? Also why giddy they take the debris with them?

They came early, they had a crew of 4-5 and they got right to it and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

My roof looked like I lived is Shrek's house -- covered with moss and lichen. I hired M. Annis to clean my roof, gutters, and windows because they were responsive to my request for an estimate, gave a price that was reasonable, and offered a discount if 3 or more services were provided in one day. The workers were respectful of my shrubs, quiet during their work (only the sounds of a power wash of the roof could be heard) , and they did a fantastic job! The roof looks like new, the gutters are working again (they were filled with tree pollen), and the windows sparkle inside and out. The workers also cleaned up the yard afterwards. The only issue was that some paint had chipped off at the junction of the house and first story shed roof, something that I consider easily fixable. I would definitely hire them again.

They've also cleaned our windows and done some carpentry work for us as well. The carpentry work was a little pricey, but the windows and gutter cleaning were reasonably priced. The work they did was excellent!

I called them, they quoted me a price, and we set a date. They arrived on time and made every window in my home sparkling. It is amazing!! Our windows were SOOOO dirty and they didn't complain or charge more for it. I will hire them every year to do this cleaning.

It went very well. I've had trouble finding someone to clean more than the glass when I've had my windows cleaned. M. Annis was the only business that had no problem cleaning the sashes and all trim on the windows of my antique house. Everything looked beautiful when they were finished. Courteous and prompt staff.

I can't say enough about how responsive this company was. Lauren had to tutor me on how to use my iPhone to send pictures of the roof so they could give me an estimate-above and beyond the call, and with great patience. She even thought to ask me to make sure the outside water faucet was on, which I hadn't even considered. I didn't even have to be there when they did the work, and the moss is gone. All in all, a very good experience. Thanks.

The crew was efficient, clean, unobtrusive and did a great job on old sash windows and storms. Special instructions were followed perfectly and moved furniture put back. Excellent work at a good price. They got delayed due to traffic going to a prior job, but the office called and emailed with the new arrival time right away, so we could adjust our plans.

Gutters were long overdue for a cleaning. Sent request for service through website and followed up with a phone message. Received a call back two days later. Lauren in the office was very friendly and was able to schedule the team to do the work on the same day. Team of 3 courteous guys came out and were very efficient - finished in about 20 minutes. Bagged all gutter leaves as they cleaned and there was very minimal leaf debris in our landscaping even considering it was a very windy day. Were kind enough to ask where I'd like the bagged leaves left for our trash pickup. Only complaint is that the bill received appeared to be $10 higher than the quote I received over the phone. Will definitely hire again for this service.

I would say that it did not go very well. After two visits and hundreds of dollars, M. Annis did not fix the problem. For the repair, they did some work and within a week or two, it rained and it was still not draining properly. I had them come back out and they put on a new corner and sealed it (or something like that). I found that after a rain, it still wasn't draining properly (i.e. it would be dripping a week after a rain) but I was not willing to call them again. Anyway, today another contractor came to clean the gutters and I had them look at that section of the gutter. They confirmed my suspicion that the section of gutter was pitched wrong and wasn't draining properly. Clearly M. Annis did not fix the problem. I should also mention that the price of the gutter cleaning was twice what I have paid other contractors and the repair seemed expensive to me, given what they did. The reason why it took me so long to write this review is because I only have the gutters cleaned once per year and I needed to wait until someone came and looked at it.
