The crew cleaned the algae off the north side of our roof. When I called to schedule the job, they were very responsive and came out within a week. The crew was friendly and professional. They did the job in a few hours and my roof looked like new.

Went extremely well. Arrived on time and got right to work completely windows quickly without much disturbance. Would recommend them to others and will use then each spring and fall for both window cleaning and gutters.

They were very professional and respectful. It had been raining earlier in the day, and they removed their shoes or used booties when entering the house. They cleaned up after themselves. They were finished with the work within the amount of time they estimated. My only surprise was regarding the cost. I had been quoted ~$10 per window. When the guys arrived, one of them casually asked if I would like the screens cleaned. I said sure. While it's reasonable to charge extra for the screens, he didn't mention that they would be charging more for this. I (wrongly) assumed it was part of the $10 that had been previously quoted. Then, when the invoice was written, there was an extra charge for ~$2 per screen. Again, this is reasonable, but it would have been nice if they were more transparent about it.

They really did a good job. It was worth every bit of it because they did a very good job. They brought about 4 people in. Two was working outside and the other two was working inside and there were big windows in front of my place. They did the inside and out and when the sun comes out, there are streaks and you can see the master woods. It was absolutely perfection.

There weren't may issues with them, they cleaned the windows.

Gutter was cleaned as expected, however there was no clear committed date by when the service will be provided. It took 2 weeks for them to come by. By that time I had already cleaned the lower gutters, as I was not sure if they would make it before the frost season.

Everything turned out well. They completed the work quickly, charged a competitive price, and were very thorough. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.

M. Annis did an excellent job. They showed up on date, on time, worked hard and cleaned up perfectly. They recommended some other work, offered free quotes and I used them for that as well. After some poor contractor experiences, I am very happy.

The M Annis guys were prompt and professional. They did a good job cleaning the gutters, though they dumped some of the leaves right on the grass in the back yard rather than bagging it up. They also were more expensive than some other highly rated gutter cleaning companies.

Unbelievably fast estimate! Called to get estimate and showed up 15 minutes later. Very impressed! I called back two days later to schedule cleaning and was able to fit me in six days later. A crew of 4 men showed up exactly on time, again very impressed! The lead guy Mello was fantastic (and a nice guy). He went around inspecting all the windows after the other guys finished each window and he also worked just as hard washing windows. We've used other window washers in the past and were always disappointed with streaking. I couldn't find one streak! Couldn't be happier with the results and I smile every time I look out my windows.

I used them for window cleaning and I will put them on the middle rating. I think they came in over their estimate and they did a great job with the windows. I said she will call me to reconcile but she never did. They came out last summer and I do not remember the cost. It is a significant amount of money and the windows were fine but they were not the best communicators and they came back to do the gutters.

They are very professional, very clean, and the windows did look beautiful when they left. They did accidentally break one of the storm windows, but replaced it (it did take a call to the office to ask them to bring the repaired window) and I did have to ask them to come back and clean up the broken glass, which one of the workmen had swept into the bushes. But they did both, and promptly, and apologized for the mishap, and cleaned up the glass, so I am a contented customer.
