The guys showed up on time, removed their shoes and wore booties while inside, did a thorough job, were fast, polite and took all refuse with them. My windows are spotless!

They did an excellent job! They cleaned the windows in the doors and a very small window in a first floor bath as well as the regular double hung and picture windows. All the glass has disappeared and the outside world is bright and sparkling. I'm so glad I had this done. They were thorough and polite.

It always goes off without a problem. I call, leave a message with my address and the service we need (usually gutter cleaning), and within 2 days, they have come, cleaned the gutters and left no trace that they were here!

I have several windows and doors and I hire M. Annis every year to clean my windows and do my gutters. They always are punctual, polite and do outstanding work. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderfully. Mike gave us an estimate and we worked with Lauren to set up times to get the work done. Their communication was very good. Came and did half the windows but had to stop because house painters in process. Politely returned the following week to complete the window washing. They look amazing! They were very detailed and careful. On the replacement door, originally we asked them to replace just the broken bi-fold, but when they did we saw it didn't go w/ the other door (not their fault - doors old and discontinued style), so we asked if they could get a second door and install that as well, which they politely did the same day they were finishing the windows. And the drywall repair was done extremely well - but not easy since it was at floor level, BEHIND the toilet and inside the vanity (the result of a plumber's repair - fixed the toilet but not until they punched out the wall looking for the leak :-/). Both the door replacement and the drywall jobs were small jobs and the kind it's hard to get someone to come to do so it was wonderful that M. Annis would do those in addition to their window cleaning. Will use them again for sure. Thanks Mike, Lauren, Italo, and crew!

The work went great! The owner responded quickly to my request with general pricing and scheduling information. Since I did not have all the window dimensions handy, he said the crew would survey the job upon arrival and let me know the price before they started, and if I didn't like the price, I could decline to proceed. The crew came on the promised date/time and calculated the price which was about what I expected based on my conversation with the owner (and much lower than an estimate I got from another company). There were four guys so the job went pretty quickly. They worked efficiently and professionally, and were careful, quiet and polite. The house is tall so they had to use tall ladders. Now my windows look fabulous -- I will definitely hire them again!

It didn't go at all. We made an appointment with the understanding that they would confirm the day before or the morning of. I wanted to know if they were really coming because I needed to remove furniture, plants, etc., from in front of windows. I called 3 times and left messages with no answer. I finally assumed it wasn't going to happen and went out. My family tells me 2 guys showed up about 45 minutes after the 1 pm appointment. When they were told we weren't ready and that we had tried to contact the company to confirm their arrival, they just shrugged their shoulders and got back on their van. I thought we would get at least a phone call afterwards from the owners with an explanation or a request for a different time. But I've yet to hear from them. So I guess they don't need the business. I was surprised because the man and woman I had spoken with when I made the appointment were personable and professional.

Awesome crew arrived promptly and worked quickly with excellent results.

When we called we were given an approximate day and then were called back with date and time. Several workers arrived promptly and quickly accomplished the job. We were also given an estimate of the work in our first call - $100 base plus $1.25 for each foot of gutter over 100 feet. We considered it a fair price.

They were professional and thorough. My windows look fabulous and they left my home spotless. There were 6 cleaners who worked quickly and quietly to clean the 30+ windows and skylights in my home. I was very impressed.

Excellent job. And used my paper leaf bags so no mess to clean up. Cheaper than last years company.

I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

They were on time. Very very particular about taking their shoes off when they were in the house, and they were exceptionally quiet. If I wasn't here looking at them I wouldn't even had known they were in my house. Very very professional! The windows are beautiful!

Melo and his assistant did an excellent job on all three tasks. The roof had areas of moss, which they cleaned and zinc treated. The decks were power washed and two days later they were painted. The windows look perfect.

Although I am very happy with the results, I was shocked by the price. M Annis told me the cost would be about $10 per window. Half way through the work, they told me I would be paying $800 for window washing. I was told that I had around 42 windows, so I am not sure how the math worked on this job. When it was time to pay, I asked for a breakdown, but they only told me how many windows and screens were washed. I really wanted to understand how the invoice was so high (neighbors with the same size house pay around $400), but I still do not understand. I did end up getting a 5% discount for being an Angie's list customer, but the cost of this service will prohibit me from using M Annis again.

They were excellent. They came exactly when they said they would. They work very hard and the windows look great.

I had expected them at 3, but they came at 2. Luckily, my finace was home so this was not an issue for us. There were 3 guys and they got working right away. They took down every screen and cleaned those outside, they did a very throrough job on the windows and went about their work quickly and quietly. We had to make sure that our indoor cats didn't jump out any open windows, so we worked with them on leaving the cats in the closed bedroom. When they had to work in that room, I moved the cats. This worked well, there was a bit of a language barrier for me and one of the guys, so I wasn't certain he completely understood that the cats would actually jump out the open window...But, I'm a neurotic cat mom. All in all, things went well with the cat coordination. One note: they all wore their shoes in the house and they had to go in and out. There was a bit of tracked dirt. And there was a bit of dust, paint chips that came down from the windows that they did not vaccum up before they left. I don't mind this, but I can see others being upset about that. The price was a few dollars more than expected (because I miscounted my own windows). And I did call the office to confirm that there was a 5% Angies list discount. Quick answer, and no issues there. My windows are beautiful and gleaming. I could totally see using these guys in the future.

They did a great job. My house has all kinds of windows (double-sash windows with triple-track storms, casements, tilt-in replacement windows, some very old windows with diamond-shaped mullioning). Some of them haven't been washed in more than a decade. They cleaned all windows, storms, and screens, and vacuumed out all of the window wells. When I called to make an appointment, the guy who answered the phone gave me a very solid ballpark estimate. The pricing structure is very transparent and is based on the type of window you have and what they're doing (e.g., only the windows, windows + storms, windows + storms + screens). The final price was within $30 of the estimate he gave me over the phone. I'm very happy, and I'm planning to have them come annually to do this.

I was looking for someone to clean Gutters that hadn't been cleaned out in several years. after a couple of deadends with other companies (no return phone calls) I tried M. Annis. spoke to some one on the phone right away and she told me some one would probably come this week but in the afternoon when I wouldn't be home. They actually came that same afternoon and I almost missed they had been there because was absolutely no evidence of gutter cleaning in my yard. I am very pleased, felt the price was fair and would use them again.
