I called Annis Window at about 9 am. I spoke to a very helpful lady named Lauren. I described my situation and the fact the the windows were very large (ceilings around 10 feet high in the living room/dining room area, The windows in this room are very large and almost fill the room from floor to ceiling in part of the room and about 6 feet high in the remainder of that rooom. The 3 other rooms had large windows also. Lauren said she could have people at my place at 4 pm. They arrived at exactly 4 pm and got right to work. They were very neat. 2 men stayed inside and the others went outside. It took almost an hour for them to do the job. When they were finished the windows sparkled. I had several neighbors in to see my place and they said "they had never seen such clean windows anywhere in the building. I lived in a house for 20 years prior to moving to the condo. Several times I used other companies, but none of them came close to the quality of work performed by Annis Window Cleaning. Every person has different like and dislikes,,,, I like clean windows and I appreciate a well done job. I will difinately use Annis Windows and recommend them to others. Several people said "how did you find them?" I of course said, Angie's List."

I had hired M. Annis in the fall of 2009 to do my windows. I was very pleased and meant to have them done again in 2010, but waited too long and the weather became too cold. My windows were really bad this spring, 2011. My neighbor knew I had been pleased with their work, so she suggested we have our windows done on the same day. She told the men that she had learned of them through me and not to forget to give me $25 credit! The crew was not the same crew that I'd had in 2010. The men said that crew still works for the company but were out on a different truck. In any case, the window washing was excellent, as before. I'm 84 and have washed many a window, but never as well as these men. I hope they thrive and will be available next fall. I'd like to have them do the windows twice a year. I made the check out to M. Annis and saw later it should have been M. Bogart. I called the office where a pleasant receptionist said either name is fine.

we scheduled this visit a few weeks ago. As usual, they came on time, they are extremely neat when working inside and out on the windows. we live in a ranch, so this means working inside and outside at ground level. the only mixup was that we asked for gutter cleaning at the same time we booked the appointment and apparently they had come and done the gutters before, and then ?did them again yesterday. We called the company and they politely undid one of the bills (which was certainly the right thing to do).

Accurate estimate, expert consultation, on time, good price, great job, highly professional...what's not to like?

I was in an emergency situation with a new tenant arriving in a week. I filled out their on-line form because it was after 5pm so thought the office would be closed - put on the form I needed help ASAP. I got a call within an hour and they came 2 days later. I've used other window/gutter cleaners before, but they were by far the best, carefully removing paint splatters and recommending only some screens be washed to save some $. Place looked fantastic when they were done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Company was responsive. They came out within a day of contacting them to give an estimate. They gave me an appointment time within a week. Workmen came at estimated time and did a good job. Unfortunately they were not able to remove 2 huge picture window to clean in between the window and storm. This was one of my personal objectives to be completed as I am not able to do the work myself. They were afraid that removal might break the window and according to them, glass companies do not currently make replacement storm windows of this size. While this company was not the cheapest quote we received, I thought they would be able to get the complete job accomplished. After discussing my issues with management, they gave me a credit for the windows they were not able to clean. I still need to find a company who is able to clean these 2 remaining windows. Also when getting the quote, they did not include the cost of washing screens - this was added on once on sight during the work. So next time I will know to ask for this upfront.

Very reasonable price and professional service.

The men came three hours early. They had tried to call twice but were told my # was out of service. I tried my dial tone and then we realized that the telephone # they'd been given by the office had two reversed digits. Luckily I was there and it posed no problem. They were strong, fast, and careful. At one point when two men were on the deck working together, I thought one slider was wide open because the man standing there was so clear. But I was looking at him through perfectly clean glass. I'd been afraid that the dirt would have been etched permanently into the glass. I was so happy with their work that I said I hoped I could have their services twice a year.

I submitted an estimate request via email with the number and type of windows and doors in my home. I received a telephone call within a day - -with an estimate of the cost. I was able to schedule the service within a few days. The team arrived on time, worked very effeciently and were very careful with my furniture. The team members were employees (not contractors) of Annis -- and had been with the firm for quite a awhile. I was very pleased with their work and their attitude.

The windows are spotless. It rained on the day they were originally scheduled, but they fit us in the next morning. We did not have to wait to reschedule. The people on the phone who made the appointments were also very pleasant.

Terrific. They come when scheduled, no mess in house, amazingly clean windows inside and out, we have been using them for several years. consistently excellent.

They were very professional; they just came in and did their job. They were very prompt and very thorough. The crew was hardworking. My windows look awesome. It was worth every penny. I would recommend them to others.

Great--arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our gutters and downspouts (on a triple-decker). They cleaned up the debris nicely as well. We will definitely use them again!
