The crew showed up 15 minutes early. They were well prepared to do work inside and out. They took shoes off and wore protective booties in our home. Very clean, very careful and professional.

The owner showed up for the estimate on time. The crew showed up early which worked out great for us. The crew consisted of 4 guys. They took their shoes off before entering our home. The crew took no breaks and completed the job in a timely, organized and professional manner. Great work, great job!

I requested an estimated through Angie's List. Received a written estimate within a week. A few weeks later I decided to have the cleaning done. Company was able to schedule within a few days. The cleaning crew was wonderful. Very professional and very courteous. And very thorough. They use cotton cloths to do the cleaning. They carefully cleaned every individual light, inside and out. They cleaned the window screens. (The company that I had used for window cleaning before had told me how to clean the screens!) They were very neat and careful. I highly recommend them.

The company was professional in every respect. They promptly provided an estimate. They arrived on the scheduled date and time, and completed the work promptly and thoroughly.

Everything was done very professionally -- on time and on budget. I submitted an online request for an estimate and received a phone call the next day. We discussed the number and types of my windows and the representative gave me a quote in just a minute or two. I scheduled the service and the crew showed up exactly on time. The crew of four men quickly took down all the screens and got to work. They cleaned all the windows from the outside first, then all from the inside. They were very careful not to drip water indoors and even took their shoes off when working inside. They took care of moving furniture in front of windows and returned everything to its place. The whole process took about 3 hours and the windows are wonderfully clean. Getting the screens cleaned turned out to be as important as getting the windows cleaned in terms of letting in light.

There was a miscommunication early on. They were to arrive at the property to meet our manager, but somewhere along the line the date/time was not communicated correctly to the team. It was no big deal and easily remedied. The office manager is very efficient. She resolved the issue.

From making the appointment, to the quality of the work, this is definitely an A rated service provider. The guys came when expected and got right to work. They cleaned the windows...12 over 12 in most cases .. with storms and they did a great job. I would refer them without reservation and will use them again!

I couldn't be happier. The quotation was provided in the short timeframe promised and was very reasonable. The crew of 4 showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. They were professional, moved stuff out of the way and put it all back as found. I've used other outfits in the past and this was the very best experience I've had, by far. I will absolutely use them from now on to clean my windows and I would be happy to recommend them.

they were very quick to do the job. there is a section of the gutters that have electrical wires to melt snow . I asked them to be sure the wires did not come out of the gutters. Unfortunately the wires were dislodged and now I have to get up on a ladder to fix them m yself.

They were less expensive than their competition and they did more. They did an excellent job and I would give them a top rating. They were definitely responsive; they came within 2 or 3 days.

The work was completed quickly and neatly. Very good service overall.

They were fantastic! I live in a condo with many windows that looked as though they had not been washed in years! I cannot believe how much they now sparkle! They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did the best job. They even had to work around a car parked under one of the windows where they could not use a ladder. They closed all my storm windows which was a bonus. Amazing! I highly recommend them!

They arrived when promised and the person in charge of the work group of 5-6 people responded to every question and request in a very courteous manner and always with a smile. They pressure washed one house and cleaned the windows on 2 houses. Overall I could not have been happier.

The two crews we had were punctual, polite, professional. Couldn't have asked for better service.

They have been fine. We have not had any issues with them. We have probably used them 7-8 times. Since their employees change all the time, sometimes the service is better than other.

I am very pleased with the service. They are flexible about scheduling (I need them to come on a Saturday) and arrive on time (or call to say they'll be a little late). They cleaned the windows inside as well as out, but put everything back in place. My windows were so clean they sparkled, and neighbors commented on them! I will have them back annually
