Description of Work: We initially took advantage of a deal on Angie's list to have Loyalty Home Solutions tile a downstairs powder room floor - a fairly small job. But once we met Romulo Gomes, the owner/operator, we we so impressed with his customer service & work ethic that we decided to expand the job to a kitchen backsplash, almost on the spot. Within days of purchasing the Big Deal, Romulo contacted us to make an appointment to come by and scope out the work, and as we decided to expand the job, her was extremely helpful in giving us advice on tile choices, vendors, estimated price for the new work (on the spot). The actual work was done very professionally and without much disruption to the rest of the house, and in one day. Romulo stayed with us till 8:30 pm that night to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. This is a family owned business so there is always someone available to talk with if you have follow-up questions. Based on the quality of this first project, we have asked him to quote on several larger projects. He is an excellent contractor, not easy to find these days. We are looking forward to working with him again.

Description of Work: Started out great with a man coming by and looking at the job. |He was very professional. I added a small guest bathroom floor for additional work. |The he told me it would not be him doing the work but a crew of theres ...ok... but |I asked if he would be there to start them off and check in the end- he said no. |Then the calls/texts started coming from a young women from the office |...every day, everything was about additional cost and they wanted it upfront |- I had already paid upfront for the Angie deal, It would of helped if they came in and started work on the 1st project already paid for- then I would of been happy to pay for the second project.. |It got so convoluted, and I was annoyed by the many calls from the young woman and not the contractor himself. |After I complained, they asked me if they could refund me. |OK |Got a much better contractor, who I was able to communicate directly to. |Price was better, service was better, paid a small amount upfront and the balance after they were completely finished- |and job is done!!! |I guess not all the superstars are on Angie's list.

Description of Work: The interactions I had with the company were quite cordial and respectful. It turned out that I didn't have enough knowledge about the tiling process and I didn't read the fine print on the Big Deal to see that I was getting in over my head.

Description of Work: Gutters and new roof installation

Description of Work: The services performed were remodeling of my bathroom which included new ceramic tiles and ceramic floor. I also remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops including granite floor and back splash. I repainted the entire apartment. I replaced my hardwood floor in the living, dining, and 2 bedrooms.
