The team has been everything I expected and more. Romulo (co-owner, director of sales and operations) has been on top of the project from the beginning till the very end insuring that everything is done as per the standards the company establishes. The whole project has been documented during the whole time teams have been working on it. During the project they have identified a defect in the siding on the dormer. The defect was not part of the quote, but has been tackled at no additional cost as par of the project. They even sent me a then-you delights box once the job has been finished. I recommend Loyalty Exterior services any day!

They did another coating and told me to call for any leaking problems again, so far so good.

It was a cold, windy day, but the guys arrived right on time, took out the old shingles, put in the new, cleaned up after themselves and were done right on schedule. I thought the whole process was excellent from start to end. It was completed in a timely fashion pretty much as described from the documentation and communication through the Sales/Office Manager and the President of the company. I really believe they deliver with all the proper documentation and skilled work. You will always find a few nails as its basically unavoidable, but I would fault some of that as I did not trim the shrubs in the front before they started making it hard to get anything that might have failing there. I would definitely use this company again. I have referred them to my neighbor and a friend. I cannot control who they chose, but I know they will be happy with this contractor.

They were 1 out of 6 roofing companies that I interviewed. By far the most professional and most honest company I had the privilege to get a quote from. Not only did they supply me with a presentation folder in the initial meeting but samples of shingles right away. I was thoroughly impressed by the proposal. Matt was not pushy and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. When it was time for them to do the roof replacement, they were so clean and professional that I couldn't even tell that I had people working on my house. They were punctual and professional, worked efficiently. I have a steep roof so that's another aspect here. Overall it was nice having a no frills, no headaches experience - just to the point and efficient and helped maintain the roof so it can hopefully last until its ready to be replaced (another 10 yrs hopefully). Tough to gauge quality of workmanship since I can't get up there to see/compare, plus the winters will ultimately determine how the repairs went, but overall given the professionalism of Ro, I am conformable reviewing that they did a good job and would recommend them to others.

The whole process went perfectly. They arrived right on time, and the job was finished in two days as planned. Everyone was friendly, motivated and professional, and the site was perfectly clean afterwards. We even pointed out a birds nest containing baby chicks that was on a downspout of a gutter they would need to re-hang, and they were very attentive and careful not to disturb the birds. (It turned out the baby birds left the nest during the workday; they were already grown. The nest is still there, ready for next year's birds.

I have been a homeowner for over 25 years and have to hire a number of companies to perform work on my 60 year old home. Romulo Gomes and his crew at Loyalty Roofing Solutions are by far one of the best hiring decisions I have made: 1) Romulo's initial presentation of his solution was simple, but yet, I subsequently received an extremely comprehensive quotation which included photos of the house, certificates of all of his vendor qualifications, an extremely detailed description of the work and his other (excellent) references. 2) His price was significantly lower than everyone else I spoke to. 3) While that did make me a little concerned at first, it was easy to reconcile when I learned that Romulo himself works on every job personally. In fact, while everyone on the crew worked incredibly hard, I very much appreciated the Romulo took great care of his crew, supplying them with an array of beverages and participating in even the most minor tasks. 4) The work was performed on time, and went above and beyond expectations: The ridge vent cover was extended beyond the normal length, from gable to gable rather than stopping short of where the vent actually extended. Keeping the compressor in their equipment trailer significantly reduced the noise for myself and my neighbors. The entire soffit needed to be replaced and was done so with 1/2" plywood, 4" vent holes and proper vents in every bay. 5) Communications and all documentation was managed via on-line services including contract and warranty approvals. 6) Laryssa went above and beyond expectations to help prepare the documentation I needed for the insurance company when issues were uncovered after the project started. 7) Cleanup was thoroughly completed at the end of each day (which sometimes went from 7AM to 7PM.) Lastly, sometimes, it's just the small things that make the difference: A box of brownies appeared at the house a few days after they finished thanking us for our business. I hope that this recommendation does justice to the work Loyalty Roofing Solutions provides.

Among the four roofers who did our roof inspection, Romulo gave the most detailed reports with pictures. To make sure we get to pick our favorite shingle color, their manager Laryssa offered to drop off the shingle samples at our house after we already signed the contract. Their team came to replace our roof as soon as the materials arrive and the project was finished in three days. Our roof was done meticulously with ice and water shield in all the vulnerable areas and the right flashing and the right gutters and they cleaned up after themselves very carefully. We had an overall very pleasant experience with this company. In addition, they offer 10-year roof defect warranty besides the normal 30-year manufacture warranty. I feel that it is so difficult to find an experienced home improvement contractor who delivers high quality project and great customer service at the same time. We are very glad to get to know Loyalty home solutions and we highly recommend it!

As the first snow of the winter of 2015-2016 approaches I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found Loyalty Home Solutions. I was very much impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. Instead of playing phone tag we spoke on the phone regularly, we communicated through emails and text messages, we also did some of the payments electronically (for my convenience while I was out of town traveling). This is so rare in a small Home Improvement company and you really appreciate it if you have been strung along by some other fly-by-night company. My sad tale started in January of last winter. We have a fairly big two story and we had a lot of ice damage. I spent a lot of time on a 30 foot ladder chopping ice and cursing myself for not replacing the 20+ year old roof over the previous summer, as I had planned. While I was up there, I noted that all of the trim boards which face the sun, were in bad shape and also needed to be replaced. We had some leaks around 3 decorative dormers in the front of the house and a lot of damage around the sewer vent pipe over the master bath in the back of the house. We also replaced the gutters and downspouts as well as installed gutter helmets to keep the leaves and pine needles out (I usually have to clear the gutters 3 or 4 times a year but am hoping that is a thing of the past). We own the former "Show Home" in our development, as such it was the first one built. I started searching for a roofer in July and we decided to go with a friend of a friend, who was highly recommended. He gave us a good estimate and said he would do the job in September. I started getting really nervous late September when almost all of the other homes in the neighborhood were getting their roofs replaced and our roofer had not started yet, or returned my calls. He strung us along for over 3 months, he never picked up the phone on the first call and we played phone tag for weeks. Finally, the Monday after Thanksgiving, I left him a message that he was fired. To his credit he called me back and apologized and admitted he was over committed and did not blame me for firing him. Earlier I called several roofers and left messages, Laryssa from Loyalty was the first one to call me back, I told her my story and she understood my concern. Romulo was out the next day to walk the property with me and I got a written estimate within a day or two. By the weekend I hired them, turns out they had done some of the other homes in the neighborhood (including the house across the street from us). I did not expect to see them for at least 2-3 weeks but was surprised to hear that they had an opening and could start about a week later. I had my first good night's sleep in weeks. They were here about a week, it was a big job and they worked from sunup to sundown and a little past that (with headlamps) to make sure we were sealed up tight each night. As can happen, we had some additional damage to the decking, that we did not know about until the shingles were off, which had to be fixed. On the final day, Sunday morning, I was leaving the house and Romulo was there with one other guy. They had damaged a window screen during the week and were going to fix it but needed to go to the store for more screen material. As I left I asked him if he would fix another screen I had inside the house. I had damaged that screen myself over the previous winter (with my roof rake). When I got home my wife told me that they replaced all the screens not just the ones that were damaged (I never saw an extra bill for that). I feel 100% confident that if we have any issues like last winter, Laryssa and Romulo will be there to first answer the phone and then stand behind their work. I would be happy to recommend them.

The service was poor. Before they came out, the told me what they would not do. In setting up the appointment they said if we were looking to do any kind of mold remediation, this is not the right time of year or it so we will not be doing that. They gutters weren't even all the way cleaned when they left, there were still leaves. I'm not even sure they did the whole thing. I fell like I didn't get value for the deal. I didn't get a written thing saying what their findings were even though I pointed out a couple leaks that I wanted them to look into. Instead the guy just said, you probably have leaks because mold probably grew on your roof and lifted up some of the shingles, that's not even going up there or looking. I didn't like the service. I just did the payment on the Angie's website. I never saw any paperwork, never saw their card, nothing. I wouldn't really realize they were there but from the fact that I met them when they came. They claimed they were trying to get ion touch with me for but my called ID would now. Once the appointment was made, they came on schedule.

Following yet another storm we had leaks in the house. We called Romelo who did not know us and he was very understanding and came out with a crew that day. The 3 of them worked non-stop for nearly 2 hours in frigid weather. They cleared the roof and then plowed around the house to maintain pathways. Romelo is a softly spoken man who first started as a roofer, so we knew he would not damage the roof. He was also helpful to a neighbor whose roof had partially collapsed. We may have to go away and he has agreed in our absence to keep our roof clear of snow build up. Most trustworthy.

Romelo was incredibly fast and responsive and a very good craftsman. It was a big messy job, three layers of poorly laid tile and a rotten sub floor...and he and his partner did it well, beautifully and awesome clean up!

LHS replaced the front of our roof and completed multiple handyman projects. From the first contact and up through the completion of the work we were provided with quality service. Romulo and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous. During the estimate stage, Romulo was very informative, polite, and patient. He met with me on a couple of occasions and each time he took the time to explain the task at hand in detail. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to accommodate us to meet our timeline. Romulo and his staff were on time and completed the work on schedule. Romulo kept us informed of the progress and immediately communicated any concerns that he encountered. Romulo went above and beyond to complete the job. Based on our experience, we recommend LHS and will definitely seek out their services in the future.

We recently purchased an older home that was dated in several areas, but we really only wanted to focus on areas that needed immediate attention (e.g. replacing flooring and some other cosmetic issues). After dealing with several contractors, some of whom were highly rated on AL, we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of response (they would come out to look at the work, promise a quote, and then never hear back). Romulo and his team were great from beginning to end, starting with the immediate response and scheduling through his wife Laryssa. She handles all of the scheduling/payment etc, and what a difference it makes. She called to discuss the work, quickly set up a time, and even provided a list (inclusive of estimated cost and where to buy!) of materials I should have ready. We initially wanted a new tile floor in the laundry room, but they accommodated our request to tile the half bathroom as well. Romulo helped us figure out a design, and even though it ended up being more intricate than we thought, they completed it with no issues. They even spoke with our plumber to remove a radiator (so I did not need to bring someone else in) and put in a new vanity. One of his associates, Mike, saw a few other items that needed to be fixed (broken cabinet, misaligned door), and while waiting for the tile to dry, went ahead and took care of it! If you have kids like we do, you would be pleased to see how they interact and can adapt to the craziness - just a strong family oriented operation. Communication was exceptional and pricing was fair, not sure you can ask for more. We would absolutely use them again.
