These guys are the *best* that I've worked with, and cannot recommend more highly. I dealt mostly with Laryssa on scheduling and billing, and she was a pleasure to work with! Every email and phone call was returned promptly, the job was explained in detail and the paperwork was done professionally. The crew did an amazing job as well! The roof was installed by Romulo and his crew with professional precision. From the beginning to job completion everyone and every activity was professional, high quality, on time and clean. Both the office staff and the contractor were very responsive. I reached out to them past business hours and received a response right away! They have an A+ for customer service. Would recommend their services to anyone who needs roof work. Our neighbors were equally impressed. I would expect that you will hear from them soon.

The job was superb, surpassing my expectations. Romulo and crew were very responsive to my wishes and whims. The entire re-roof process was easy from first contact with the estimator to the final clean up with the field installer. Professional, good communication, first class workmanship. The entire roof was completed in 2 days! It looks great and I have a great warranty. I usually don't go out of my way to make comments like this, but my recent experience was so pleasant compared to the reroof on my old house that I felt i needed to comment.

Loyalty was great to work with right from the start. They came right on time for the work estimate. Laryssa was very accomodatng and worked with us to set a price within our budget. The workers came on time and made sure the house was kept clean. They worked around any issues they came across and went out of their way to install plumbing that would be useful and easy for us to maintain. The work was fast and professional. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Excellent. They came cleaned off roof so that there was no more moss. Treated the roof and even did my drive-way and walkway, which also had moss. Sent me photos as promised. Would definitely use them again! Friendly staff too.

This company was fabulous. They returned my email and phone call right away and the work was scheduled promptly. Romulo was wonderful, very professional, friendly, detailed in his explanation, etc. etc.

Friendly, professional, and punctual. However don't see much benefit to the service. The woman who scheduled the appointment said my roof would look 80-90% better, and after the cleaning it looks about the same except the moss portions are brown instead of green. The gentleman said normal weather conditions would continue to improve the roof. I don't understand that, thought it was their job to clean it...

Romulo was on time every day that work( ripping-up floor, moving appliances to installing, grouting, and sealing the new tiles. The finished floor looks amazing. He also worked around the birth of his child. I would use this company anytime and would highly recommend Loyalty Home Solutions.

It was perfect. He did what I needed done with ease. He is a terrific worker, results oriented. I would definitely use him again.

Normally it's more because my house is three story; however they only charged for a two story house. They had two employees come out and they had the job done before I even got up in the morning. They were flexible and reasonable with me. They offered to come by and take a look at the roof, I sent pictures and we communicated that way.

They did the the job while I was away from home, but everything seems to have turned out well. Scheduling was rather easy, the price was competitive, and they did a reasonably good job with the roof. I do wish however, that they would have left a written report of how the job went and if any problems arose.

It look great. I had been looking for someone who would remove the moss but had been having a difficult time finding anyone. Last year I got someone to put some sort of soap solution on the roof to try and kill the moss but it did not do much. This was a thorough treatment. They apply some solution and the moss dies and the rain takes it off. I am very happy with the result.

Top notch work. Romulo provided an estimate and made the initial meeting very convenient. He actually came the next day to do the work, which was on July the fourth! It was great not to have to take a vacation day from work. He wanted to come on the holiday because his wife was soon to have a baby and he wanted to be sure he was able to meet his commitment to do the job before he had his new baby. The projects went better than expected and Romulo did a great job with the project. Project stayed at budget. No surprises. A+ for communication and information. For example, Laryssa (his wife) communicated estimates and information (including pictures) via email. High tech invoicing, texting and email for communication and emailing of pictures (google docs.) We really appreciated the before/after pictures taken by Romulo and sent by Laryssa. I can sleep better at night that the roof is in good condition after the work. Again, I highly recommend this company and the people there. He even identified a new problem which we hadn't seen before and said that he'll return to fix that issue (beyond the original scope of work.) And, of course, he came and did just that. Thanks again, and good luck with the baby. Plus, he and his company does tile and other handyman work as well. Again, would highly recommend. We'll use this company next time something comes up!

My experience with Loyalty Home Solutions was mixed. On the positive side, they scheduled the service quickly, arrived when scheduled (actually early), and completed the job in a few hours. On the negative side, they did not do a thorough job; there is still some decaying plant material on my garage roof. And they left a mess on the windows and exterior walls. Also, when I scheduled the service, I was told that it would cost $500, instead of $400, because they would need to send two people to work with a safety harness. As it turned out, they only sent one person, so I don't understand why I was charged extra. I called to ask and never got a satisfactory explanation. On the whole, I think the cost was excessive for the quality of the job.

I had been on the market for a roofing project that involved doing half of my roof. After a friend refereed me to LHS, I looked them up and was very pleased to see so many positive feedbacks from previous clients. Still I was a bit "skeptic" due to the fact that they are a general contracting business with emphasis on home improvement but after meeting with the president of the company, Romulo, I could tell that he had a vast knowledge on any construction subject and hired them. From the beginning to end, LHS was very prompt with communications, responsive and always on time. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend LHS for any home improvement project specially roofing since they did such a marvelous job. I look forward to my next project with them.

Romulo was very flexible, which was important when we ran into some health problems during the planning stages. When we were ready, I selected tile and we set a date for the work. There was a glitch--the crew that came said some trim work had to be removed and they didn't do that. Romulo was right on top of it; he sent another crew a couple of days later and came himself twice to finish the work. The backsplash looks great, and the price was right. These folks were so great--the kitchen was cleaner after they left! It was one of those raw rainy days this spring; when they stepped outside for a break, they noticed that our garage gutters needed cleaning--and Mike cleaned them. We are so impressed. We certainly plan to hire them again, starting with painting the kitchen.

From start to finish, Loyalty Home Solutions was a pleasure to work with. After purchasing the Big Deal (for the retiling), I received a prompt message from Laryssa in the office to schedule the work. Quotes for the additional work I requested -- replacing the subfloor, removing and resetting the bathroom fixtures -- were provided quickly. Romulo and Michael arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the end results are fantastic. They scheduled the project on a weekend, which was fine for me but I'm sure not so nice for them! Problems were identified quickly (the rotted wood replacement, which was only discovered after all the flooring was removed) and pricing for the additional labor and materials were quoted within the hour. The whole bathroom project was completed in a day and a half. There were a couple of minor installation issues that needed to be fixed when it was done, and Laryssa and Romulo responded immediately and corrections were made within 24 hours.

Romulo came by my house and gave me an estimate. He gave me some ideas on tiles and was even nice enough to meet up with me near my office to drop off a couple of samples that he thought would look nice. I then took some time to decide on tile and we set up an appointment. Setting up the appointment was easy and Romulo was very flexible. He was even ready to do the work before I was ready with my choice of tile so I didn't have to wait at all. Once they arrived at my place, very punctual, they began their work right away and didn't waste any time. They started prepping by covering everything so household items didn't get debree or dust on them. They moved some appliances and were very careful in doing so. All of the debree was removed at the end and they cleaned up very well. The tile looks great. Very happy with my decision to change the style to tile because at first I was a little hesitant to get rid of some nice hardwood. I would highly recommend LHS to anyone for tiling or any other services. I plan to use them in the future.

In order for LHS to install the new floor, they had to remove the particle board underlayment and replace it with a cement board product. LHS was careful to insure the total height of the new underlayment plus the tile equaled the original floor height. All measurements were carefully taken, tiles were cut and/or ground to fit perfectly, the floor was laid and grouted and washed clean. The finished floor looks great.

These guys are great! I suppose the most telling thing I can say about Romulo and Sam is that they are the first contractors we've ever worked with who 1. showed up exactly when they said they would, 2. finished exactly when they said they would, 3. cleaned up so the place looked better than when they started. We asked LHS to tile our kitchen backsplash and do a bunch of trim work around windows, doors, and baseboards. They were all things that we could have theoretically tackled ourselves at DIYs, but after a few disappointing experiences, we thought it would be much easier and faster to hire someone who could do it all. LHS really fit the bill. They came to give an estimate the same day I called, and they were able to start work early the next week. They worked incredibly quickly and even did a few extra things to make their work more top notch. They were friendly and pleasant the whole time and cleaned up so that it looked fantastic when they were done. In short, these guys were terrific.

First off, I have to say that I can't believe I've found an amazing contractor like Romulo this easily. I have worked with many contractors at our house over the years, as we have a colonial home that was built in the late 1700s and there is always something to fix. My shower floor needed to be replaced for some time; the tiles were cracked and there were several other issues I wanted addressed. So when I saw the Angie's List "Big Deal", I figured this might be a good opportunity for me to take care of these issues. So I got in touch with LHS before I purchased the deal, and to my amazement, Romulo, the owner of the company, spent over an hour of his time answering my questions and looking up tile information for me. All of this was important for the success of my project. Based on his good faith, and his very engaging demeanor, I went ahead and purchased the Big Deal. Now that the project is completed, I can honestly say that Romulo and his team are personable, honest, and unique. You can tell that he truly cares about the quality of his work, and he shows it in his attention to detail. Romulo seemed to do everything in his power to ensure that my project was successful, including at least 4 visits to various showrooms to match up the tiles my wife and I were looking for. He even came back to our house for an unscheduled follow up to check on all of the work he did and to answer any questions we had. I enthusiastically recommend LHS for any and all home improvement projects. If all contractors were like Romulo and his team from LHS, we wouldn't need a website like Angie's List!

We had our basement bathroom remodeled and Romulo is very keen on subtle design changes, and offered very valuable suggestions to improve designs aesthetics, create improved construction details, and make for an overall better finished product.
