Went fine. Good advance communications. Serviceman was professional, pleasant, and informative. Gave good advice for several things I could do myself to monitor the system and avoid trouble and extra expense in the long run.

Busy dog techs Bernie and Dylan were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and neat. They explained every step and the work area looked the same as before they came.

They responded promptly to our request for someone to come out for an evaluation. We felt they were honest in their assessment and didn't try to oversell. Once we made the decision to proceed they are able to respond quickly. The team arrived on site at the specified time. They were professional and friendly. They explained the job completely before they started. Communication was great. Work done professionally. They cleaned up and we could barely tell they had been digging in the yard. Everything was completed as promised. Would highly recommend them.

Agent arrives on time, is mindful and respectful of our home. After checking the two separate systems we have for any maintenance issues, they explain Anything that was done. If something needs fixing for an additional charge, they explain it and usually proceed.

It took the installer less than a few hours to install. He showed up on time, was clean, explained everything and was very friendly.

The inspection was fine. The cost was actually what we had to deal with, expensive and then it took them forever. They kept calling me, trying to get me to buy the package. But I had to tell them don't call me anymore I'n not interested.

The service call was responded to within several hours of initiation. the defective component was replaced and as always I had an opportunity to chat with the technician which has always been beneficial with respect to my own self maintenance efforts. Later that evening a fault occured in the GFI circuit powering the sump system and I reset it. It ran through the evening and I placed a follow up call to have it checked. Again the response was quick and the tech and I talked through the possible scenarios. The fault did not re occur and It would appear to be related to the moisture due to the system service and the sensitivity of the GFI circuit. I have had this system for 8 years and other than the annual maintenance visits I've had perhaps three "service calls". The response has always been quick and the service excellent including the information imparted by the Techs. There was one instance where the Tech wasn't a regular road person and he wasn't able to get things right. The company responded immediately and sent a senior Tech out who fixed everything up correctly. If you have to have one of these systems and many of us do, I would definitely recommend this company. My experience from the initial sale through install and subsequent service visits including interaction with the office staff has always been excellent.

This was a yearly maintenance call done,as always, very competently. Basement Tech. is expensive but worth it. Outstanding responsiveness, professionalism and service.

We needed this done quickly as we had a basement window open with flex hose thrown out the window to remove the water. Between the heat, humidity, mosquitoes, and security issues leaving that window open was not a great option. They came and gave us an estimate, said it would take less than one day to install and so put us on an "on call" list for scheduling as soon as possible. The next day I got a call that they had to delay another job and so a technician was free the following day to do our install. He arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and finished the job in about five hours. The only minor issue was the mud tracked through the basement from his work, but considering the water we had under the slab, it really couldn't be helped. So far I am happy with the work done, but I have some concerns as to how well it will work come winter. Will I end up with a skating pond near the house as the water comes up from the bubbler pot and freezes? Will have to wait and see.

Ten years ago we got water in our basement. I called 1-800-BUSY-DOG to ask about their services after which I decided that I wasn't interested. However these people don't seem to take "No" for an answer. Approximately once a year since then these people call me and ask if I'm having any water problems. And each time I told them I'm not interested and please remove me from their list. I got a call again today. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I would warn any potential customers once they get your home phone number they will keep calling and calling.

I felt like the goal was to put in the pump system without not really understanding if it was really needed. I did not purchase the system and glad I did not. The water issue could be resolved using another less expensive method.

I am very happy with the project. Two sump pumps were installed in my unfinished basement. The job was completed in one day. The installer was with the company for over ten years and an extremely hard worker. He was very knowledgeable about the system that was installed. He is the main reason I am so satisfied with the project. Due to an issue with a footing, one of the pump locations had to be moved. This resulted in 2 feet of track not being installed. I called about this change and the company investigated and then promptly refunded the cost for the 2 feet of track. Within a week, one of the pump was actively working after a big rain storm. The sound of the pump could only be heard directly above it on the first floor. As for the cost, the company was very competitive with other quotes. I also felt that this company had the best products and technology. I would also like to comment on some things to expect during this type of project. First, jack hammering into concrete will cause dust. The company did try to minimize the dust by using plastic sheeting. The company also did sweep the area after the installation. I did do some additional sweeping and mopping after the company left. Second, you will also need to have an electrician install an outlet at the pump locations.

It was a lot of miss and poor communication and as I mentioned above the job had to be done twice because the first time it was not done incorrectly. Different people from the same company had opposite opinions of how to install and do the job. A lot of scheduling errors and problems.

Terrible experience; confusing more than anything else. They had been persistent the last couple of years after an initial meeting where we were not ready to make a move. Late 2014 we had a couple of meetings and they became very aggressive with the sales process, coming back to our house 2 more times. We agreed upon a significant project to be done, and then we never heard from them. I followed up 2 separate times by email; the 2nd time after which I received an email back saying someone would contact me that day. Never happened. Very strange, but also very unprofessional.

The inspection went well. The inspector was courteous professional and very helpful. During the inspection it was determined that since I had no actual water leaks or seepage into my basement that I had no need for the company's water drainage system at this time. It was noted that I may need the company's service in the future but not at this time. Since that time I have received at least 10 to 15 or more calls from various people still trying to sell me the company's product and services. Offering me deals discounts etc. Every time I received a call I let the people calling know the same thing I that I have noted above. The calls kept coming. I told the callers that I did not need the service and if and when I needed it in the future that I would call the and let them know. The calls kept coming. After several calls I asked that they take me off their call list. I was assured that they would. The calls kept coming. After several months if this i told one caller to take me off the call list and to note in my file tat I will never purchase anything from the company because of the way they harass potential customers. Believe it or not I received another call just last week!!! I cannot comment on the product or services because I did not purchase anything. But I will tell you I will never buy anything from them and will tell anyone who ever asks not to call them for a quote because they harass and hound you and do not respect you as a potential customer. I can only imagine what the experience would be once you purchased something from them. I had read online similar comments to mine before I purchased the offer on Angie's List but discounted them because they were highly rated on Angie's site. What a disappointment. Word of advice stay away from this company.

It went well. They gave me some valuable information about my foundation and basement. The only thing that I didn't really care for was that they tried selling me a very expensive dehumidifier. They later continued calling me and attempting to come out to assess my basement as if they had never been out in the first place. I'm sure that they are a good company; it just turns me off when a person or company is too pushy and this is how I felt with them.

Fast forward 2 months, the work is done by the second vendor, Busy Dog won't stop calling me! They told me they can give me another 20% off the price, but they need to come in and do another walk through on the property. I said no. Now two months later, their people are calling me TWICE A DAY. I told them to take me off their list and that I have had the work done. Doesn't seem to matter. I have also heard horror stories since from other people who have used them.

The evaluation was never completed. They were supposed to come back out to complete the evaluation after the technician consulted with the rest of their team. I feel like the deal was a waste of time. I have tried to reach out to them to finish the plans but have not been successful. They tried to schedule work to be done but I would rather have a set of plans completed first.

The technician was very nice. Scheduling an appointment was good. I did not peruse with them further since the job would have been too expensive.

I signed up for an inspection, but time was spent mostly demonstrating the company's product. I'm still waiting for a report on what issues are with respect to the basement.
