BusyDog (Basement Technologies) came for the annual cleaning of the french drain system and the the 2 pumps. The technician, Robbie, was very thorough and professional. He took the time to clean all system components and even cleaned/dusted all of electrical equipment. Been using them for over 20 years.

BusyDog (Basement Technologies) came for the annual cleaning of the french drain system and the three (3) sump pumps. The technician, Robbie, was very thorough and professional. He took the time to clean all system components and even cleaned/dusted all of electrical cords. To top it off, he left 9-volt batteries for each of the sump pump alarm systems. This had never been done by previous technicians.

We have been customers for over twenty years. Have always found them to be professional and reliable. Zaven came to our house late June, diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning pump. He informed us that it was under warranty and there would be no charge for the pump. Great experience

Terrible experience with a french drain system. They installed the system and it has not prevented any water from leaking into our basement. They re-assessed the issue and provided another $20,000 estimate for additional work that would need to be done to "fix" the issue we already hired them to fix. We have gathered quotes from two additional companies who quoted work that has been done "incorrectly" and "inefficiently". They were unresponsive while our project was ongoing, always saying they would call back "tomorrow" and never calling, and also unresponsive to our calls and attempts at resolving our ongoing water leak issues. Would never hire again, and warn others not to hire them.

The servicing of my sump pump went well. Corey, the technician, was thorough and courteous. He shown me what he was doing which was helpful to me. He also reset the float switch so I would have maximum life of the pump.

1800BusyDog installed my sump pump years ago, and it's worked great. They've kept our house dry for a long time now. Archie just came this morning for the annual service. He was on time, efficient, and pleasant.

These guys are great. This past year with all the rain we have had it seems like my system has been running nonstop Last weekend the primary pump failed. The backup pump kept the basement from flooding so we weren't considered an emergency, but Jose walked me through a few things over the phone to try. Today Cody came, replaced the primary pump, and serviced the system. It is back to working great. Looks like I can expect about five years of life from a pump before they fail, but I live in a high water table area, so except for years with serious droughts, it works hard pretty much year round.

The technician Zaven was the best. He gave me information on my system(annual service) and what to do in an emergency. He listened and answered my questions. The service was done efficiently. We had water in the basement always with heavy rain. We haven’t had a drop in many years with Busy Dog!
