Description of Work: Thompson replaced our old garage doors. After an initial glitch with the order (only one door instead of two), they came and did a great job and delivered a superior product with which we are very happy.

He did the work quickly and efficiently and was able to help me to avoid having to replace the opener. He lubed up the tracks and replaced the electric eyes. Great job!

The tech aligned the door and the electronic eyes, greased the rollers, tightened the lines so the door worked smoothly and consistently. He also addressed the outside keypad so I could use it again. Overall, I received a lot of value for the money. The tech was very helpful in giving me tips to maintain parts of the door mechanism myself in the future. I would not hesitate to call Thompson's again for a tuneup or other problem.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door. This is the second time we used Thompson and were pleased with both experiences. They were reasonably priced, showed up on time and did everything they said they'd do.

Description of Work: In some haste I called Thompson Overhead Doors to repair the snapped spring on our garage door opener. I did not shop around preferring instead to trust that their pricing was competitive. In the event I actually never saw the workers. I called on a Thursday, set up the appointment, told them how to access the garage, and when I came home the next day, Friday before the Monday they had said they would come, the job was done! I was and am impressed. The only person I spoke with in the office was a model or efficiency and courtesy. I can only assume the workman or woman was as well. They left no traces.
