Description of Work: Karen and her company, Thompson Overhead Doors, have been taking care of our garage doors for over 25 years. This year, we needed to replace two the doors and units. Karen worked patiently and thoroughly to choose the right doors at the right price and installed them meticulously. Several months later, I had a problem with my remote control unit and called the office to set up an appointment. She immediately and over the phone, figured out the problem, walked me through the solution and saved me a service call. High ratings all around.
