The work turned out fine. It was very good. I would highly recommend them, I was pleased. The customer service representative came to the house, she had a lot of samples for me, to look at, and she ordered it, and then scheduled it, and did a nice clean installation.

The work turned out fine. They were very professional, creative, and good. They were nice to work with. Their price was pretty much in line with everybody else. They worked with me on it.

Both of them turned out great but I had one large blind ordered for a room downstairs that was actually too big for the window because it doesn't stay up. One thing they could have improved on was selling me a better blind for that window but other than that, I was very happy with them. I would use them again. Everybody came when they said they would come and did everything the way they said they would. They were very professional.

It was a lot of windows and they were expensive, high quality blinds. I recall the price as being it as I expected. At the time, they had a store that I could easily drive past on my way home from work so I went in and I saw what they had to offer. I ordered them because they had to be custom cut to the width and length. I recall that the order came in in a timely fashion and it was as expected. I think one of the units had a minor problem and I brought it back and they replaced it. I was just totally happy with the whole process. They didn't come out but the product was available for pick-up in their store when they said it would be. They knew their product line and they could give me advice on what I should do.

Our experience was good. They were actually very efficient. Overall, they were great. They were quick. They got it done as soon as they said they would get it done. What I didn't like is that they really didn't go further into giving me much more advise. They kind of went in and out. I was kind of looking for a follow up. But, truth be told, they were very efficient when the job was done. Maybe I would use them again.

They were on time, they came when they said they were coming, and everything was installed properly, and all the shades are great.The shades we bought were expensive, but I don't think we could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere. The salesman was great, but the guy who came to install the shades, wanted to tell me his whole life story, and I thought he was too chatty, and quirky.

They were outstanding. The cost to repair the blind is free but there is a charge for them to come and take it down. There is nobody out there to compare them to because of the quality of the service. They came highly recommended to me.

The work turned out perfect. Initially, they had to measure where we wanted the window treatments. They showed us a selection of things we could use. They had to deal with certain obstacles that we had. One of the things was going over the tub. We needed a remote so that we didn't have to reach over a giant jacuzzi to try to open or close our shades. That was great. They came back to do the installation. It went very smoothly. I felt that they were really competent. They offered a quality product. They basically did whatever they said they were going to do.

They were short little curtains that you can't buy anywhere anymore. It's a finished basement and the windows are up high.They did a very good job. They were somewhat expensive. They were lined and ready to hang. They fit well. There was no one else that would do it anywhere. It was close to $500 for four small window curtains. It was fine and everything worked out okay. I just remember that after spending all of that money, they charged us for the hooks. That kind of fried us. Every other place that we've done business with when you buy something, they kind of throw in the hooks, picture hangers, or whatever. They made us buy the hooks. The curtains came out great. I would use them again in the future if I couldn't find anyone else cheaper. We went in and gave the order. They called us when it was done and we picked it up. We had very little interaction with them.

I think they are great. They have come here more than once. I like them and recommend them. Their pricing is certainly fair. The stuff is fair traded and is good quality. They measured it right and I actually had an older one that needed to be repaired so they repaired it. They are good and come when they say they will; unlike most of the other vendors I have worked with.

It worked very well. They helped me with the choice and they were good with that. They didn't just leave me hanging. I am very happy with them. The customer service was excellent. They give me the attention and help I needed. They delivered when they promised they would. The finished product was very satisfactory. It was a very good experience. I cannot complain about anything. It was expensive because the way the curtain rod goes...the place is not expensive but I think in general the stuff is expensive.

Everything went great. It was ongoing for a while. They were very responsive. They came and got the measurements. The installer put up everything as it should be. He cleaned up. The upholster did a great job. I do not have anything bad to say about them. They did not charge me to come out and do the stuff. They are great whether it is the person in the store, the designer or the installer. I would use them again.

their sales man was excellent including the site visit to my home to measure for the blinds. i had 27 windows 2 skylights and a sliding door done. the installation team was also wonderful doing a quick and professional job. NOTE: i gave the price a B rating because hunter Douglas blinds are not a bargain anywhere but they offered a reasonable discount for my bulk purchase.

Rick the salesman was very efficient and thorough. Chris the installer was a few minutes late but completed the job very quickly and we were quite pleased. The way the blinds exactly covered the area with no gaps was very impressive and speaks well for the accuracy of Rick's measurements and Chris' execution. We were very pleased with the final product they look great and work well.

Hector arrived precisely at the scheduled time. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and easy to ask questions of-a pleasurable experience. He also cleaned up after himself.

Installer was very professional and took very little time to complete the installation.

Very well done by the designer and the installers.

We ended up not using them because of pricing.
