The initial consultation and estimate were clear, and the person doing the estimation was very helpful in our decision-making. The installation occurred on schedule, though there was a bit of a wait because the blinds were custom-made. The installer was efficient and professional. We have had the blinds now for more than two years, and we are very happy with the continued quality of the blinds and the service we received.

The salesperson, Massimo, was excellent. I relied on his design suggestions and the window treatments are beautiful and very functional. I wish I had done this years ago.

I am assigning a rating of B because I do not remember the specific services provided by Innuwindow. We were having several projects done at the same time. One of the companies subsequently folded.

At that time, someone came to the house to measure and help me choose fabrics. They were patient and well-equiped with samples. They provided exactly what I was looking for. Their installer was careful and hung the window treatments perfectly.

Good selection in the store, with some helpful setups so you can envision different styles of shades. We worked with a guy we had worked with before, very helpful and had some good ideas. They installed it in our dining room, very happy with them and the overall experience. Definitely go to them again for future window treatments.

Very rough! We installed some shades in the bedrooms and that was fine. But we also had them install shades for two skylights with electric remote controls and that was a nightmare. First, they had to come back at least twice since they kept bringing the wrong stuff with them. Second, within a few weeks, the remote controls stopped working. We haven't been able to open the shades ever since. I periodically try to figure out where the battery or power connection on the shades must be, to no avail. (Yes, we did change the batteries in the remote control itself -- that's not the problem.) I should note that I'm writing this at least two years after the installation, so I don't know whether the problems we had with them are still ongoing issues with the company. This is why I don't list the date of the work or the cost -- it's been too long for me to remember. Of course, this also indicates that we've been without the use of our skylights for a long time! UPDATE: As the response from Innuwindow indicates, we've gotten together since my original review. My memory of the installation date was way off -- as they note, we've had them almost 9 years. I can't remember if we ever called about the problem we had or just were too frustrated to do so. Now they've fixed the problem and it does turn out to be nothing more than the batteries in the shade itself. Embarrassingly enough, we've gone an awful long time without the shades when it was that easy to fix. The battery casing itself had deteriorated over the years and Innuwindow fixed that as well, charging me only for the new batteries. I'm very happy with the service we got from them and withdraw my earlier complaints. They handled this very courteously and professionally, impressing me a lot. I would use them again.

As part of a house expansion/renovation, we needed new shades for 5 windows in the master bedroom, walkin closet & bath. Having read ads for Hunter Douglas we chose that brand based on ease of use, insulating qualities, and room darkening . We chose InnuWindow of Natick based on Angie's list reviews. We ordered 3 room darkening shades for bedroom, translucent shades for closet & bath. Mitch came to house, measured, recommended color & fabric choices, and gave us a quote, $1873 minus mfr's rebate. Seemed expensive but we ordered. A few days later we reallized we needed a room darkening not translucent shade in the bathroom & called Mitch to change the order. Too late, the shades were already in production! That was impressive! So Mitch "wouldn't let us" change the order...instead he found a way we could qualify under mfr's rules to "try" the shades for 30 days and swap for a different type within 30 days for a nominal cost. The shades were installed quickly by a personable skilled installer. Every step of the way, the service was impeccable, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the shades and best options for our situation. Since I had orderd these shades strictly for utilitarion reasons, I didn't expect them to be attractive and was pleasantly surprised----they look great! So great that when the new kitchen wing was finished, we returned to Mitch and Innuwindow to order big "motorized" Hunter Douglas shades for 3 picture windows, plus two other HD shades for new powder room and pantry. Cost $2,900 minus $150 rebate. Mitch came to the house and I challenged him to find a color for the shades to match our greenish gray kitchen cabinets. He opened his sample book with its 100's of color choices and instantly pointed to "Pesto"...which indeed perfectly matched the cabinets, as if both came from the same paint pot! This man knows his stock. I was skeptical about motorized shades, but it turns out they operate on batteries, make little noise, work perfectly. All 3 shades can be moved at once (or separately) by a small easy to understand easy to operate battery powered (no wiring or electrician needed) wall switch. Although these shades are expensive, it is worth it to get such beautiful well designed products that work so well. The degree of professionalism and skill and experience matched the excellence of the products. In our house renovation we have had many "disappointind" experiences, so it was nice to work with one company that totally delivered on its ads and promises.

Shade was ready for pickup in a few weeks time just as they had promised.

Initally, their salesperson/decorator was very helpful. The quality of the products that were ordered were what we wanted. However, the installation in one of the rooms did not go well. It seemed like after the sale was made and finalized, our salesperson did not have any interest in answering our questions or in assisting us. She acted like she didn't know who we were when we returned to their store. I would not use them again.

They were prompt-actually came early!Friendly, informative, effecient installation of a superior product!

Was expensive, but all expectations were met.

NOT ONLY DO THEY LOOK GREAT WE DID THEM TWO OR SO YEARS AGO I PHONED IN LAST SUMMER AS ONE WAS DULL IT TURNS OUT THEY SENT TWO MORE GUYS WHO ONLY HAD TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES AND DID IT WITHOUT CHARGE. THEY SIMPLY WERE AMAZING!!!!

We needed blinds to cover recently replaced windows and went to the shop on Rte 9. We did have to wait for a salesperson as another family was there and only one person was on the floor. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and he took all the measurements and recommended what he thought would work best. We ordered the blinds and it took several weeks to get them but the shop installed them and we had a very positive experience. The only downside was that I heard after the fact that other shops offer similar services at better prices.

Great service, great selection, everything fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend them.
