Description of Work: Work was done in 2006 or 2007. They custom-made 2 sets of pull drapes for two 8' sliders (4 drapes). Nicely made and installed with perfection.

Description of Work: Good overall, though small glitches, for an expensive service. Measuring and installation went well. Ordered in the store - Tried to cancel one part of the order right away but was told we couldn't given it was a custom order ( I understood that) - but fortunately, when they delivered - they didn't deliver the blind that I hadn't wanted! They first said they would deliver it another time, then agreed that we didn't need to buy it, since they didn't deliver it.

We're sorry this Angie's List member has described her experience this way. We installed a window treatment for her last year. We received no feedback or complaints from her and only discovered she had an issue after reading her review. We immediately called the member, visited her home, and offered to address her issue even though it had little to do with our work. We offered to do any and all work ourselves but she preferred to work with a local person. We did exactly as she asked and received a thank you note from her. We pride ourselves on following up with our customers and being responsive to their issues.

Description of Work: Innuwindow has been great - twice. Having had a great experience with Massimo a couple of years ago, we called him when we wanted to install blinds in two other rooms of our home. Massimo set up an appointment to come to my house. He provided excellent advice about product - which blinds, which colors, which fabrics, etc. The installation was easy and professional. We are delighted with the results. The Hunter Douglas blinds are pricey, but they are perfect for our needs. Great experience!

Description of Work: I worked with INNUWINDOW to select and install high end shades in my family room. Their sales person came to my home, had some great ideas, made a recommendation.... I selected the color and ordered. They are great to work with, punctual, have good advice - and installation was great. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Also - I believe they are a local company and not a big chain, which I also like.
