Description of Work: Innuwindow assisted with sending two broken Hunter Douglas shades back to the company for repair. Received the repaired shades in the mail within the stated time frame.

Description of Work: Worked with Massimo at Innuwindow on HD Silohuettes for the main floor (2008) and upper floors (2009/2010?) following other upgrades in house. Massimo was professional, polite, personable and punctual. He offered ideas to achieve the look I was seeking as well as bringing a nice flow to the rooms. | |

They installed motorized blackout shades on 9 windows in the master and motorized light-filtering tilting shades on 5 floor-to-ceiling glass panels. The price is a bit staggering apparently because they are all motorized but I am very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Pre-2000 they measured and fabricated @ 20 wooden and alum horizontal blinds for my home's windows. @ 4 were hung a little crooked, cord clips were not provided for any of them so I had to buy and install them separately. the valances on 3 fell off after a couple years and I was told they were easy to clip back on but that is not the case: the plastic clamps snapped on 2 and none have ever been able to be re-attached. All blinds fit the size of windows perfectly and only 1 no longer raises and lowers correctly

Description of Work: We selected a shade with a motorized lift. When it was installed, the motor made a loud clicking sound, like something was catching in the mechanism. They examined it, and determined it had internal breakage, and took it back for repair. This was repeated a couple of times, but eventually it was installed and was quiet in operation. This took a couple of months to resolve. | |Within a month, the clicking returned, but we really didn't want to be without the shade for another couple of months, so we decided to live with it.

Description of Work: I inquired about having drapes made for my daughter's bedroom. The cost for 4 windows was going to be over $3,000.00. I probably could have had the windows replaced for that amount! | |I ended up having a woman make the drapes I wanted for $900.00 and they are beautiful. |They may do great work but their prices are just not reasonable.

Description of Work: We purchased wood blinds in 2008 for a rental house. The details are hazy because this all took place 6 years ago, but I remember being happy with the transaction and installation. Had it been our own house, we might have gone with some of the possible upgrades.

Description of Work: It is actually more than three years ago that I worked with Innuwindow. I was redoing my living room and thought I wanted Hunter Douglas shades but then was considering Plantation shutters as well. | |The rep brought samples of both to my house and I decided the plantation shutters worked best. Not inexpensive, but they are very attractive, durable and easy to clean. | |Innuwindow was extremely easy to work with and very professional. If the budget allows, I would happily choose to work with them again.

Description of Work: Several sets of blinds and shades. They also were very good dealing with a shade that prematurely deteriorated due to the sun, although we were without a shade for the whole time - since it was repaired not replaced.

Description of Work: We had four large energy efficient shades installed in our living room and dining room. Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from the initial sale through the installation. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Description of Work: They were terrific to work with. Rick was excellent in offering alternatives and giving the pros and cons so I could make my own decisions. I had motorized blinds placed on 15 windows. Very expensive but I love the result.
