Description of Work: I don't remember the cost or how long ago I used inuwindo - but i remember being very happy with the service. I still have the shades and I still like them.

Description of Work: Innuwindow helped me select several contemporary high end blinds for my home. They came to my home to help me select the best product. Very helpful, very professional. Fabulous in fact. Beautiful quality work.

Description of Work: We live in a modern condo building with floor to ceiling windows. Innuwindow was fantastic in terms of their expertise, selection of potential alternatives and service. The prices are healthy also, but in the end worth it because the window treatments are important, need to be quality and long-lasting, and their help in getting it all sorted out and installed was spectacular. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Created and installed custom Roman shades

Description of Work: They installed woven down-up shades which began to wear on the outside edges because they were not finished on the edges. This was a major problem that could have been avoided easily.

Description of Work: We bought a very expensive fabric for pillows. While there was a large pattern, we had no desire for any of the pillows to match. Had the salesperson listened to us and measured appropriately, we would not have needed to purchase as much material as we did. When the material was returned to us, there was so much left over, that had they planned better, we could have had several additional pillows made. While we like the pillows themselves, we were very dissatisfied and will not return.

Description of Work: We purchased Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades for all 15 windows in our townhouse. Our sales rep, Mitch, was great -- very responsive, informative, and professional. We spent a little more money than I intended to, but what can I say, window shades are expensive if you want quality. We also have some rather difficult windows in our house -- large, hard to reach, and special shapes. Install was great too. I gave a "B" on responsiveness because the store was supposed to call me approximately 3-4 weeks later, when our order came in, but I didn't hear from them and after 4+ weeks I had to reach out to Mitch, who then got everything moving again. I recommend Innuwindow and would use them again.

Description of Work: Innuwindow installed a Duette arch window treatment, it went well and looks nice.

Description of Work: They installed blinds in approx. a dozen windows. No complaints, just pricey. The installation was in early 2010 but I couldn't enter a date that far back.

Description of Work: I worked with someone there who helped me figure out what I wanted for the window in my newly remodeled bathroom. I was very happy with the service and the product. It was a bit expensive but I don't know whether you could do better elsewhere.

Description of Work: We chose a Hunter Douglas blind for our sliding patio doors in their showroom. They came to the house to measure, then came back to install when the blind was ready. There was a fabric imperfection in the blind, so they re-ordered another blind and installed without any problem. They were wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: Helped us select shades, came to house and installed them. Went smoothly, we are very happy with the shades, they've been working well for more than a year. Second time we've used them, will use them next time.
