Description of Work: Shades for two different properties.

Description of Work: They provided window shades for my entire house. Some were controlled by remote control, some were darkening, some were top down/bottom up. Recently I had occasion to have to replace one of my shade that was damaged by spillage. They ordered promptly. Their products are expensive, but I believe they are good quality. They also provide personal service in design and installation.

Description of Work: We had 'finger tip' shades put on most of our windows. They are the ones which have no little strings on the sides to get tangled or broken. The I stalltion went pretty well. On of th shades arrived dirty so they ordered a replacement right away. Our issue is 2 of the shades in the family room are pretty long and they have both broken a couple of times. One time the week after one had just been repaired the other one broke. It could be that they are just too long and heavy and should have been made as two shades each instead of one. They were still under warranty but we had to pay a shipping fee each time. So have spent and extra $60 or $80 dollars to keep getting them repaired.

Description of Work: Measured, and later installed roman shades in 4 bedrooms. It took quite a long time (over a month) for the shades to be fabricated, as they are made to order using material we selected and cut to fit the window size. Installation was fast and professional.

Description of Work: Innuwindow installed five shades for us: two Silhouette shades in our dining room, and three Nantucket shades in a bedroom. Everything was done very professionally in a timely fashion. The shades are even more lovely than expected. | |Although the shades are very expensive, they are worth going over budget now, and making up for it by doing without other items for awhile.

Description of Work: I worked with Innuwindow on window treatments - Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds - for multiple rooms in my house. Dates of service were in 2008 and 2009/2010. | |The designer with whom I worked was professional and personable. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and made suggestions. He brought samples to my house, measured the windows, and coordinated the colors/textures throughout for a consistent but not matchy-matchy style. The delivery and install was quick, efficient, and professional. The installer had to work with an older NE home where the walls aren't the most plumb. | |I was very happy with the service and selection.
