The service was good. The product was great. We are really happy with the wood shutters downstairs. The installation was great and we liked the guy who put them in. For the upstairs shades, we have had some problems with them fitting in the windows. One of the shades had to be re-cut and dropped off but never installed for us. We ended up putting it back in. We also had to call them to find out when the shades were ready to be installed after we were told they would call us. But overall we were happy with the service.

My husband used Innuwindow to install Hunter Douglas shades in his condo in 2001 and was very happy with them. I had used another company, and a different brand product, in my previous home. Comparing those two brands, we felt the Hunter Douglas products were superior. When we purchased another home in 2011, we called Innuwindow again. Mitch came out to our home and spent a lot of time with me, helping me decide which products would work best in what windows. Deciding what would work for our four season sun room was particularly challenging (two sliding glass doors plus two 8'x5' windows). He was patient and friendly. When I had questions over the following days, he was easily reachable by phone and e-mail. Although I had looked at helpful sample books at my home, there was one product I felt I needed to see in person, so I went to the Innuwindow showroom in Natick the following week, where Mitch spent some more time with me. I had another company do a quote for the exact same Hunter Douglas products (with the exact same features) and that company had to drop their quote two times just to get to the price that Mitch offered me in his very first quote! We decided to go with Innuwindow and ordered 20 different shades and blinds, including the two massive windows and two sliders in our sunroom. I was told my shades would take 3 to 4 weeks to come in. At 3 weeks, most of the shades were in the store and Mitch promptly called me to schedule my install the following week, when the rest of the products would arrive. The installer, Chris, came out to my house to install the shades and blinds and did a great job. He was friendly, quick, and did the work neatly. The following day, Mitch called me to follow-up on the install and make sure I was happy. We have several more windows that need shades and we'd like to order some curtains in the future. We will definitely be calling Innuwindow again!

Everything went terribly. The design team didn’t take into account the area in which I wanted to drapes to be hung. It turned out that I couldn’t hang the drapes in this area. I would not use this company again.

We had heard about Innuwindow on NPR and had passed their shop on Route 9. When we went in to look around, Mitch oriented us to various products and help us narrow down our selection. When he came to our home to measure, he brought several books of samples to further help us figure out what we wanted so we could look at the products in the setting of our home and the natural light, etc. We are very pleased with the final product and the shades seem to be of very high quality. Mitch and the other people at Innuwindow (including all the installers) were consistently friendly and responsive. Our only regret is that we spent as much money as we did. However, we know that we got a top-of-the line product backed by extended warantees and excellent service.

We first visited the store front in Natick - the salesperson (Rick) was very professional. When he later came to our home to measure, I was surprised at how easily he was able to suggest the right fabric style and color. We wanted some color in the house, not just off white, and he did a fabulous job at choosing shades that look great with our wall colors and furniture. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The shades look fantastic. I got a second quote on the identical shades from a different company which promised me they would be cheaper because they don't have the advertising and prominent storefront like Innuwindow. This other company actually came up with a higher price. So I feel that Innuwindow gave me a good price.

We chose to go with a provider closer to home. Innuwindow was approximately 15 miles from our house, while the dealer we chose was only two blocks away. It pays to stay close to home and work with your neighbors. Larger stores are frequently not the best choice.

They did a fabulous job. I love the remotes on the skylights. It is a very nice feature. They were detailed and explained everything to me when they were finished. I would recommend them. I thought the price was reasonable as well. They are great.

They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They helped us select the fabric for the shades and they also measured the windows for us. The work they did was exquisite, but it was expensive. We thought it was worth it though and we thought they did a great job installing the window treatments.

I HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH INNUWINDOW SINCE I FIRST USED THEM IN 2003. THEIR DESIGN STAFF IS GOOD AND MANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOW TREATMENTS AND INSTALLATION WERE GOOD. I HAVE WORKED WITH INNUWINDOW ON SEVERAL JOBS. THEY ARE GOOD AT EXPLAINING OPTIONS & HELPING ME SELECT FABRICS. I HAVE DRIVEN THERE MANY TIMES & SOMETIMES FIND RTE 9 TOUGH. INNUWINDOW CAN BE MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN USING AN INTERIOR DESIGNER FOR WINDOW TREATMENTS. THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGEABLE DESIGNERS WHO WILL VISIT YOUR HOME. ON WEEKENDS, IT CAN BE VERY CROWDED & IT MIGHT MAKE SENSE TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO SCHEDULE SOME CUSTOMERS OR HELP PEOPLE UNDERSTAND HOW LONG THE WAIT WILL BE.

We were very satisfied with the results. They come to your house and do all of their own measurements to ensure a proper fit. This was especially important in our older house where the window frames are not perfectly square. If possible, I would recommend working with the owner, Jeff, as his experience and familiarity with all things windows will save you a lot of time.

DRILLED HOLES IN VICTORIAN WOOD. ALL BLINDS WERE CROOKED. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE BECAME ARGUMENTATIVE. THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR A LONG TIME. IN THE END, THEY DECIDED TO RECTIFY THE MATTER AND ARE REPLACING OUR BLINDS.
