Livia and crew did an awesome job redoing our entire yard. She came over for the initial estimate, provided lots of advice, took us shopping for discounted plants and materials, and supervised the entire project. The crew (Lourival and his team) were very meticulous and worked well with our needs and desires. We had the job done late last fall and are now enjoying the new growth and the wonderful foliage. We have had many neighbors stop by and tell us how great the yard looks. We would definitely recommend Livia to others.

I started out with a kitchen update, but I didn't want to rip out the whole kitchen. Livia was great helping me figure out what I could do to update the kitchen that would add value to the house (and my workspace) without pressuring me into re-doing the whole kitchen, which I couldn't afford. Later, she came up with great suggestions for new materials for our backyard, which had aging pressure treated lumber that was lifting and splintering. She suggested one mason but ultimately brought in another when she decided that the job required someone with more expertise in drainage. She also researched fire pit codes in my town to determine if we could put in a fire pit. My backyard was transformed, and there were absolutely no hiccups in schedule or unexpected budget hits. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Livia made what we expected to be an enormous undertaking into an exciting and enjoyable experience. Where we were expecting chaos she brought organization and professionalism. We were impressed by her extensive knowledge of materials and her professional subcontractors who were courteous, punctual, and reliable. They left the premises in a clean, polished, and finished state. Livia worked with us to utilize what we already had and enhanced it. The renovation looks like we spent 2 or 3 times the actual cost to us. She gave us a fabulous new look, updated and contemporary, and she was always mindful of our budget. Because of Livia's professionalism, enthusiasm, style sense, warmth, and personality, not to mention her incredible shopping skills, we have hired her again to begin plans for our kitchen renovation.

It went GREAT. Livia charges a reasonable fee for her services BUT she gives you contractor prices on everything. We found that, in the end, it actually cost us less than doing it ourselves AND we didn't have the stress and hassle of managing the contractors. She dealt with everything and was always in our corner when dealing with workers and purchasing products.

Renovation of any kind is stressful and Livia prepared us well for that. Working with her was fun, she is incredibly creative and really listens to what you want. She never forced her taste on us, just the opposite. She worked hard to understand what we like and don't like. She is great at utilizing every inch of space without creating a cluttered look. Our kids LOVE their new rooms and private bathroom.
