WE ARE USUALLY THE PEOPLE THAT NEIGHBORS CHECK WITH ON WHO NOT TO USE BASED ON OUR DECADES OF NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCES WITH TRADESMAN - NO MORE!!! LIV AND ALAN LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY OBSERVED OUR FAMILY'S LIFESTYLE. BEFORE WE EVEN STATED IT, THEY KNEW WE WANTED A SPACE TO CONTINUE TO HAVE SUNDAY DINNERS WITH OUR EXTENDED FAMILY AND OTHER HOLIDAY EVENTS - BUT WITH A BIT MORE ELEGANCE THEN THE KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM AREA. . THE FIRST CREW ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND STARTED TO REMOVED THE FLOORS DOWN TO THE JOINTS AND THE EXISTING WALL BETWEEN THE TWO ROOMS. IT WAS THEN THAT A STRUCTURAL ISSUE WITH THE HOUSE WAS FOUND. WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A WARPING OF THE EXISTING WOOD FLOOR ENDING UP BEING DUE TO NONEXISITING SUPPORTS FOR A FOUR FOOT OVERHANG AROUND TWO SIDES OF OUR HOME. THEY IMMEDIATELY PULLED IN THE MASONS FOR DIGGING THE FOOTINGS AND THE CARPENTERS TO BUILD THE SUPPORTS.THE CHANGE WAS SO SIGNIFICANT, DOORS THAT DIDN'T CLOSE PROPERLY ON THE FLOOR ABOVE NOW DO AND DRAWERS IN THE KITCHEN HAD TO BE REALIGNED TO STOP ROLLING OPEN NOW ON A FLAT FLOOR. LIV AND ALAN HAVE AN INCREDIABLE TEAM OF CRAFTSMEN. OVER THE COURSE OF THIS PROJECT WE HAD CARPENTERS, CABINET DESIGNER, MASONS, FLOORING SPECIALIST, PLUMBING, ELECTRICIANS, PLASTERS AND PAINTERS IN OUR HOME. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, NEAT AND MASTERS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE TRADE. ONCE THE STRUCTURAL ISSUES WERE CORRECTED THE FLOORING WAS COMPLETED ALONG WITH SANDING (INCLUDING HAND SANDING OF AN INLAID MEDALLIAN & TRIM) AND RESTAINING OF THE FLOORS IN THE FOYER AND FAMILY TO INSURE THAT THE COLORS MATCHED. SHEETS OF PLASTIC WERE HUNG EVERYWHERE PREVENTING THE TYPICAL SPREADING OF THE DUST. THE RESULTS ARE STUNNING! IT WAS ALSO DISCOVERED DURING THE PROJECT THAT THE FRAME AROUND SEVERAL OF OUR WINDOWS WERE BROKEN. OUT OF CONSIDERATION FOR OUR BUDGET, ALAN SUGGESTED A WORK AROUND THAT WOULD ALLOW US TO ADDRESS PUTTING NEW WINDOWS IN AT A LATER TIME.. LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, HIGH STANDARDS AND LIV'S IMPECCABLE TASTE. NEIGHBORS HAVE STOOD IN AWE OF THE RESULTS. THE COLORS, THE CRAFTSMENSHIP, THE STYLE - ALL BREATHTAKING!
Description of Work: WE INVITED DIMENSION 3D TO OUR HOME TO BID ON REMODELING OUR MASTER BATHROOM. WHILE THEY WERE THERE WE ASKED THEIR THOUGHTS ON OPENING UP THE WALL BETWEEN OUR FORMAL LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM. THIS REVIEW IS FOCUSED ON THE LATER SINCE IT IS NOW COMPLETE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS A LOAD BARING WALL SO A BEAM WOULD NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ADDITION SO SOME TYPE OF PILLARS TO COVER THE SUPPORT BEAMS. IN ADDITION THE FLOORING IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS CARPET COVERED PLYWOOD AND THE DINING ROOM WAS YOUR BUILDERS SPECIAL WOOD FLOORING, WE DECIDED WE WANTED BRAZILIAN CHERRY INSTALLED TO MATCH FLOORING PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED IN OUR CONNECTING FOYER AND THE FAMILY ROOM.

When we bought our house we always knew the largest project we wanted done was renovating our kitchen which even required a wall coming down to open the space up. We gathered about 5 quotes to have this project done. We found one contractor who was less but in the end he wasn't returning calls with simple questions we needed answers to. Bottom line is did we want to trust someone with gutting our kitchen if they couldnt answer a simple call? No way! Livia and Alan are the complete opposite of that. No matter when I sent a text/email Livia got back to me within minutes. I should also mention they even started the project a week earlier than they initially thought and had it completed in 2 weeks! We had a vacation planned so we would miss some of the construction and to our disbelief it was actually done before we left. We used their recommendations & pricing for appliances, tiles, granite, & cabinets (John from Showplace Cabinetry, who was also great to work with). Also the workers they have coming through (plumber, electrician, etc.) are all fantastic. We thought having a kitchen renovated would be a total nightmare for weeks. We realized the easiest part of those 2 weeks was having our kitchen done! There were no suprises. We did stay in a hotel while the floors were done. With a toddler that was probably the most difficult part and Livia dropped off a gift card for us to go to dinner one night, I dont think ANY builder out there does that! Livia and Alan are AMAZING so of course we highly recommend 3D Dimensions for any project. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

We enjoyed meeting and talking with Livia and wanted to hire her. However, we had second thoughts when we saw she wanted 40% of her total contracted fee as a down payment before work started. We investigated this with other builders and learned that this is about 4 times the standard and conventional amount. In addition, her contract stipulated that her entire fee be paid before the job was entirely completed. Again, we investigated this with other builders and learned that the standard procedure involves a final payment after the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We raised these concerns with Livia and she decided she couldn't work with us.
Description of Work: Nothing: we did not hire her.

Response from DIMENSIONS 3D, LLC
I am shocked at this response: this is a quote from my email to the (member name removed)'s dated May 16: "We do not run credit with any vendors or subcontractors - everyone is given a deposit prior to the commencement of the job to lock in schedules, second payment upon rough inspections and all vendors are paid when we order materials. I don't know how other contractors work - but I do know we have never "borrowed from Peter to pay Paul". We work extremely lean and smart and pride ourselves on not only the quality of our work, but the ability to meet deadlines and stay on budget." In a previous email same day I stated: "We do not have a punch list - we work with you throughout the project so everything is taken care of as it happens. I am happy to amend the proposal and have a "hold back" amount of 5% if you prefer." And in a previous email the same day I stated: "There are a series if inspections that take place by the town inspectors: electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building. Upon completion the building inspector has to sign off on the permit - once that's done final payment is due." My partner and I chose to decline the work and stated the following on May 17: "Dear (member names removed), After reviewing the chain of emails with Alan - we have come to the conclusion that we are not the right fit for you. Over the past seven years, we have developed and maintained a good relationship with every single one of our clients - one of respect, honesty and trust. We do not feel that entering into a contract with the sense of suspicion and distrust from the beginning would be healthy or wise for any of us. We thank you for considering us and wish you only the best. Sincerely, Livia and Alan" Our philosophy is - if someone is not feeling comfortable entering into a contract with another party - they shouldn't! There is no such thing as having a great relationship (in any industry or capacity) with every person you meet - and to start a relationship with someone you don't trust is just not the right decision for anyone to make. I am sorry the (member name removed)'s are so upset and I hope they find the company that suits them. Again - we wish them only the best.

I called 6 different Angie's List carpenters during May/June 2012 for estimating the rebuild of my gutted basement after Hurricane Irene had left 8" of water in the basement.. Livia from Dimensions 3d was the only one that returned my call. Although Dimensions had estimates booked until early July and work booked until mid-September, I made the 7/05/12 date for Livia to view the basement and provide an estimate. Livia arrived at the pre-arranged time punctually, was very professional and knowledgeable, provided lots of great advice as well as a CD of recent work. Livia provided a reasonably priced & prompt estimate in less than a week. The only reason that I did not use Dimensions 3d was the timing of their availability versus my wanting to complete work sooner to re-finance my home before missing out on low mortgage rates. If I do have another remodeling job, I would seek out Livia's team and try again.

They're incredibly prompt, timely, professional and available. They're there. They come. That was not a huge job for them, but they were there every day. One of the owners was there every day. They stuck to their budget perfectly. They have an incredible design side to them that they don't really talk about. But they have an incredible design sense. So, they came in and we sort of did different than what we had initially talked about, because I had more ideas. Livia's a designer and she's an amazing colorist. She put together a color scheme in the house that was unbelievable. They don't even advertise for that. They just say they're contractors. And they're very high end. Everything they do is finished perfectly. If it wasn't, they came back to correct it. If there was a paint spot somewhere, they sent the painters back. They're just incredibly detailed-oriented. They're very honest and transparent with their money. It's not like you're feeling that you're getting ripped off at all. They're fairly priced. We already have plans to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They gutted a bathroom. They painted a good portion of the interior of my house, which included knotty pine trim, which took four coats of paint. Then they did some interior wall work, opened up some walls and took apart a ceiling and redid it, to fix leaks.

We enthusiastically agree with the positive "A" reviewers' comments already posted. Dimensions 3D does outstanding work and we believe that their rave reviews are not overstated. After interviewing three contractors we chose Dimensions 3D to remodel our bathrooms. Before our interview they gave us a list of 12 previous clients and we talked to several of them. All related very positive experiences - quality work done on time and on budget. Livia and Alan are not only very professional, talented and knowledgeable - they are fun too! Livia knows how to manage a project and get things done on schedule. She lovingly runs a very tight ship! Alan is a gifted and meticulous craftsman. He takes no cheap short cuts and demands quality work from the subcontractors. It was a shame to hide his beautiful copper plumbing work behind the walls! As long time DIYers we really enjoyed the whole process. It was like having our own HGTV program. We appreciated that they kept the work area as neat as possible. Of course remodeling is necessarily disruptive and messy but they made every effort to make it comfortable for us to endure the chaos. And they completed the project on schedule - another contractor had estimated the job would take twice as long. And thanks to their great design suggestions our finished project is so much better than we ever imagined it might be. LOVE the results! Indeed, we have already contracted with Dimensions 3D to gut and remodel our kitchen. That work begins soon. Can't wait!
Description of Work: Complete gut and remodel of two full bathrooms as well as reconfiguration of adjoining laundry area. Contract price does not include costs of plumbing fixtures and tile which we purchased. However the cost to install those items is included in the contract price.

Livia and Alan and their host of workers did an amazing job, protecting areas of the house against the work going on and cleaning up at the end of every day. Every day a small army of workers showed up to do work; there wasn't a day when there wasn't several people working away. Livia and Alan appreciate what it means to live out of a bedroom while the work is going on (living and dining room were emptied for their work). Livia is great at scheduling the whole job so there is no waiting for a subcontractor to be free to do something that might hold up other work. New hardwood flooring was added to the kitchen to blend it with the existing dining room floor; you can't tell where the old ended and the new begins. The ceiling between them was also matched very well. Livia guided this color-challenged person to pick out and match granite to backsplash to cabinets and flooring. As the living room and dining room floors were refinished, Livia helped choose pastel colors for each room that would blend with the floors and furniture. Every one of the various workers was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Work continued day after day for 3 1/2 weeks before the finishing work started to taper off. I blew threw Livia's original budget by added more cabinets, a bit of paranoia here about not having enough, plus of course the additional granite to go with the additional cabinets. I think the cliche is "I love my kitchen" which I really do.
Description of Work: I wanted my old kitchen completely updated including new floors, cabinets, counter tops, and lighting; the formica had to go! I wanted the wall-to-wall rugs removed in my living room and upstairs hallway plus refinishing the underlying hardwood floors. The living room had never been painted while I lived there so I wanted that done also. My basement got quite cold in winter so I wanted the bulkhead area walled off with a door there. The front hallway had a large closet with plywood doors so I had those replaced with panel doors. Some mediocre lighting fixtures in other areas were replaced with brighter more modern fixtures. They presented me with a variety of possible kitchen designs since I really didn't know what I wanted. I chose a design and off they went. After looking at designs opening up the doorway between kitchen and dining room I finally decided to remove the wall completely. Some of the other contractors, particularly "Kitchen" specialists balked at doing anything outside the kitchen. This is crazy because old houses always need a bit of updating all over. I saw a painter painting the baseboard radiator in my living room; I showed him a 4 foot one in my bathroom and asked if he could paint that. No problem! I love general contractors!

We had a master bathroom containing a small shower stall, a single sink, and a large Spa that had deteriorated and become unusable. It had to go and we wanted to redo the bathroom with two sink/cabinet areas and an expanded shower. We selected three firms from Angie's list plus one which had done other work for us previously. There was just no contest when we met Alan and Livia from Dimensions 3D. Their estimates were comparable to the others, but they offered much more in the way of joint collaboration. Our project became as much their project as ours - in fact when it was completed, Alan essentially duplicated it in his own house. After many tries, I came up with the basic room layout we ended up with, but Alan, Livia and the cabinet sub-contractor, John Schroeder of Village Cabinet Design, provided valuable refinements. Livia's contacts in the trades and supply houses, and the time that she spent bringing us to them, were invaluable in helping us transform a rough design to the beautiful final results that greet us every morning. One contact in particular provided a masterful touch in satisfying our wish to finish the walls with Faux Paint instead of wallpaper. Like anyone else, we don't always make the right decisions in life, but in this instance, we absolutely hit the nail on the head. We couldn't have selected a better partner in transforming our bathroom into something really special.
Description of Work: 6 1/2 x 11 Master Bathroom gut floor, walls and ceiling and rebuild Rebuild the floor under-structure under the Spa, as it had previously protruded below Replace and reposition a small Anderson window to fit the new plan Firm-up the under-structure to eliminate any floor movement Remove and replace electrical and plumbing services Move the toilet 1 foot to accommodate the larger shower Build a 3 x 4 shower enclosure with a 3 x 4 copper pan as the base of the shower Install both sink/cabinet assemblies with granite counter-tops and a mirror wall Install stone tile floor and matching stone tile shower surfaces Design and install LED lighting fixtures and vented heat/exhaust/light unit Install finish trim and paint all surfaces requiring paint

We bought our 1949 Cape style home 12 years ago. The kitchen had been updated circa 1980 and had blue vinyl countertops, white vinyl cabinets with "oak" trim, and had serious space and flow problems. Dimensions 3D was the third contractor to visit us and wowed us with their ideas and enthusiasm. Livia is the general contractor and Alan is the carpenter. Together, they helped us solve the design problems, incorporated our preferences, and completed the project on time and within budget. Livia communicated with us almost daily, took us to meet and talk with each of the suppliers (granite, plumbing, appliances, flooring), and was so organized that this massive project was completed in one month. There were only a few minor glitches and each time, Livia responded immediately to rectify the issue. She would say "there are no problems, only solutions" and it was not just idle talk. Some issues were already in the process of being fixed before we even noticed them. Her regular workers and subcontractors were all professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We could not have been any happier...and now we have the most beautiful, functional kitchen that we enjoy every day.l
Description of Work: Dimensions 3D completely renovated my 100 square foot kitchen. They ripped up three layers of flooring and replaced it with porcelain tile. They removed all the old counters and cabinets, moved the entry door, removed a window and resized another window. Plumbing, electric, lighting and heating were updated and relocated. Insulation was installed in the outside walls and twice the storage space was achieved through reconfiguration and all new semi-custom cabinetry. A doorway frame was removed and a pass-through deepened. Finish carpentry, dry wall, and new plaster was completed. They installed a new refrigerator, oven with cooktop, fume hood, sink, and granite countertops and backsplash.

We selected four firms for kitchen remodeling from Angie's list with 10+ reviews and a Super Service award or an A rating. When we met Livia and Alan from Dimensions 3D, we felt very good about their approach to working with their customers. Their estimate was in-line with the others; not the highest and not the lowest. I contacted several people from their reference list and I couldn't believe the positive response. I told my wife if Dimensions 3D just met 75% of what we heard; then we are going to be fine. We selected Dimensions 3D for the job. What we found is Livia and Allen exceeded the very high expectations set by the references. They really live and breathe putting the customer first. This attitude carries over to the crews that do the carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc. This project went very smooth even with the bumps and surprises that typically happen for this type of project. The island they designed and built was beautiful and it has become a centerpiece of the kitchen. The finished project has transformed our house. For my money, Allen and Livia cannot be beat. Demolition to finished kitchen took only three weeks. Cost ran practically to the penny. People showed up when they were supposed to show up. Items were ordered and ready on-time. They always looked for ways to increase the value of the job for us. Livia was thrilled to help us with color and design and we really needed it. Lastly and most important to us, these folks are date-driven. For people who are old enough to remember Nastase and Bjorn Borg ? other contractors are doing contracting. Allen and Livia are d*** something else. Hire them!

We loved Livia and Alan from the beginning. It was clear they were real professionals and pleasant to work with. We got 3 different quotes on a full kitchen remodel and they were in the middle, but very close to the least expensive. We went with them because we trusted them more. Before we even started on the kitchen a large tree fell on our house and destroyed our roof. We called them in a panic and asked for help. Within an hour they had a crew scheduled. Work started the very next day and they had the attic/roof completely redone in a week! That was a real life saver. We started work on the kitchen a few weeks later and it really was a dream scenario. Ontime and on budget - seriously! Livia and Alan were very helpful in working through various layout options. The work was done start to finish in under 4 wks, even when we didnt have power for a week. Their crew was incredibly professional and very sweet to us, our curious toddler and our dog. Livia even took my big dog, Lucy, on car trips with her when Lucy was scared of the loud noises. Alan would always take the time to show my son his tools and how things worked and answer his million questions. By the end, we came to see them as friends. The kitchen looks and functions fabulously and we couldn't be happier. We would use them again without a seconds thought and have since recommended them to multiple friends and coworkers.

We hired Livia and Alan, the partners in Dimensions 3d, to give our large kitchen a much-needed face-lift. From the very beginning, we knew we?d love working with them. Their enthusiasm for their projects is palpable, and they take great pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of each and every part of the process. If you?re thinking of going with another contractor, think again. Don?t do it! Livia?s sharp eye for color and design was a tremendous help to us in choosing the gorgeous granite, the beautiful travertine backsplash, and the complementary paint colors. She and Alan took us shopping for these as well as for the appliances, about which they knew every detail. Alan?s creative ideas gave our project a new and more beautiful design than we ever could have thought of on our own. And their work is absolutely impeccable! They let us know what to do and when to do it, so we were never caught unawares. They guided us through this process in a way that made us feel secure and very much a part of it all. If you?ve lived through the nightmare of dealing with contractors who don?t show up or who don?t listen to your concerns, no matter how small, then you?ll be very happily surprised with Dimensions 3D. Livia and Alan encouraged us to communicate every single detail of our concerns at every single juncture, and they attended to them all with grace, sensitivity, and humor. If we wanted to modify something, they did so cheerfully and without hesitation. But they also gave us their expert opinions of why things would work one way and not another, which was invaluable information to us. They were always delightful to have around, and they made sure to be around every single day. If they observed anything that wasn?t perfect, they had it corrected right away. They also made sure that their workers not only showed up when they were supposed to, but also cleaned up carefully and completely when each day?s work was finished. It amazed us to see our house so well cared for during what could have been a very difficult process. Everyone involved in our kitchen?s renewal process treated us with the greatest respect and consideration. No loud music blared, no loud talking intruded on our thoughts. Our daily experience was to be surrounded by steady, hard work that demonstrated expertise and finesse. You will be doing yourself a huge favor by hiring Dimensions 3D. You will not have to suffer from the usual stress that accompanies all household projects of this kind; Livia and Alan do their utmost to minimize the stress and disruption to a very manageable level. You will find yourself laughing and feeling confident, and you will find yourself marveling at the beautiful craftsmanship and meticulous attention to every detail. This was such a terrific experience, and what we got at the end was a magnificent new kitchen, perfect in every regard. Thank you, Livia and Alan, for being such wonderful people in so many ways. We were so lucky to have found you!

Dimensions 3D- Livia, Alan and their subs- have done it again! After many other extraordinarily successful projects, they renovated my main bathroom beautifully, quickly and at a great price.-all with minimal disruption to our household. As during previous projects, Liv and Alan advised me about the most up-to-date fabulous building materials, like Olive Marone granite, marble that looks like its photographic negative, and hand-made glass accent tiles. They were incredibly patient while greatly helping me with design decisions and hunting for just the right oval corner vanity, etc. Their work is suburb; in addition, they identified and corrected serious mistakes made by previous builders years ago. The total effect is stunning! Why would anyone ever want to work with any other builders?

I highly recommend Dimensions 3D for ANY work you may need done on your home. They are phenomenal in every sense of the word, and their professionalism and ethics are of the highest order. The work they perform is impeccable and flawless. I got three quotes from contractors on Angie's List, and all had great references. But Dimensions 3D stood far out from the pack in all aspects when they came to quote the job. I hired them to add a full bathroom on the second floor of my home. There was no running water to the second floor, nor was there an existing room where a bathroom would obviously fit. The space on the second floor was awkward at best. Livia and Alan very quickly came up with a plan that would both give me a fabulous full bath, but would in turn transform the entire second floor into a fabulous and functional master suite, where none had existed before. Their creative use of space and design was flawless, and their craftsmanship and workmanship was flawless as well. Before I hired Dimensions and worked with Livia and Alan - the owners of Dimensions, I was dreading the thought of this renovation because while it was necessary, I couldn't imagine that the odd space could really be transformed into something special. With Livia and Alan's expertise, insight, and lots of hand holding my second floor was transformed into a beautiful, functional, fabulous Master Suite that I absolutely love. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. There was a lot of work involved in this job because of it's complex nature. Dimensions 3D went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful product that was ON TIME AND ON BUDGET Not only that, I ended up with much more than I ever envisioned. How great is that? I'll tell you, it's priceless! My 100 year old house has a lot more projects in store for it, and I won't use anyone but Dimensions.
Description of Work: Dimensions designed and added a full bath on the second floor of my home, installed a new hot water heater, upgraded the natural gas service to house, rebuilt my entire brick chimney and exposed the gorgeous brick running through my second floor, added running water to the second floor, upgraded the plumbing venting, added and moved light fixtures, and rebuilt portions of the original wood flooring.

They did a nice job and did everything in a timely and professional manner. They did not charge anything more than what they quoted even though there were some minor items that appeared during the installation. We even had some unexpected delays due to other vendors and they worked with us on the scheduling and payment. We were happy enough with their work to even ask them to do some minor additional work while they were there (at additional cost). They say they are not the cheapest and that is true, but we got what we paid for and there were no surprises or undue stress. We would definitely work with them again.
Description of Work: Dimensions 3D remodeled our bathroom (sink, toilet, bath). We purchased all of the materials (fixtures, tile, etc.) on our own and Dimensions did the demolition, installation, etc.

Overall, we were very pleased with the whole process. Livia and Alan were very professional, responsive, and enthusiastic about the project. We had a small budget for this project and plan to do a more comprehensive kitchen/dining room remodel in the future. Livia and Alan were helpful in planning what should be done at this phase vs what should wait until the larger remodel was done. They were also very knowledgeable about old homes. The plasterer and the electrician (Lars) did a great job as well. Lars was kind enough to take a look at another minor electrical problem we were having in a different part of the house. The wall removal changed the flow of our entire 1st floor and has made our space much more livable. We are very glad that we went with Dimensions 3D.
Description of Work: The wall between our kitchen and dining room was removed. Because this was a load bearing wall, a large beam needed to be installed at the same time as the wall was removed. The beam was then enclosed in drywall. A long piece of oak was placed on the floor as a threshold between the two rooms. Our thermostat, phone jack, and outlets needed to be rewired and moved to a different wall. The only unexpected problem was some ductwork that needed to be redone and that added $500 to the project. We opted to do the painting of the drywall/ceiling ourselves in order to save money.

During the winter, we had extensive ice dam damage to our house. After dealing with the insurance companies for months, I called Livia and Alan stressed about how I would get the problems in my house fixed before I gave birth in August. The day that I called them, they made a special trip to my house to talk about all of the issues that I needed fixed. I was promised that the work would be done (as long as issues were worked out with the insurance company) before I gave birth and it was done on time even though my baby was a week earlier than planned. Every bit of the work that Dimensions 3D did for us was top notch and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Dimensions 3D may not be the cheapest contractor (they are also not the most expensive) that you will find but they will be the most courteous, cleanest and professional group you will come across.
Description of Work: Redid kitchen (floors, cabinets, granite, ceiling, painting), painted entire inside of house, ice dam damage repair, sanded and refinished hardwood floors throughout the house.

This experience was a joy from start to finish. The team is professional, creative, hard working and honest. We got three estimates for the driveway project, and Dimensions' estimate was in line with the rest. They are great about offering advice on where to spend your money to get the most out of any project. We were so happy with the first project, that we didn't bother with estimates for the kitchen. We are thrilled with the end result. We knocked down several walls, changed the layout completely, installed new countertops, refinished some existing cabinets that were built by my husband's grandfather and additional custom cabinets were built to match. They listened to our needs and wants, offered suggestions to improve upon our initial ideas and were indefatigable when the unexpected popped up to present challenges. You can't go wrong with these guys. Remodels are extremely stressful, but they are made much less so when you have a fabulous team.
Description of Work: We hired 3D Dimensions for several jobs. 1) Complete kitchen remodel 2) Rebuilt stairs at the front of the house 3) Repointed chimney, tiled hearth and installed a gas fire place 4) Widened our driveway and put down asphalt

Cost of the project $68,000 – we had received quotes between $40,000 and $80,000 and decided to use Dimensions 3D because of their glowing references and magnificent portfolio! Thank you Dimensions 3D – we will definitely be contacting you again!!
Description of Work: We bought an old house that needed a master bath and bedroom. Livia and Alan designed the new master suite by utilizing two existing rooms. What a pleasure it was working with them! They took into consideration all of our needs and wants and incorporated it all into a lovely space that is a joy to use! Our new master bath has a beautiful oversized tiled shower with double sinks and I now have the walk-in closet I have always wanted and needed!!

My experience with Dimensions 3D was nothing but pleasurable. They worked within our budget & we were able to have more work done than originally planned. The quality of work is A++ and the work was completed on time. Livia was a delight to work & she was extremely insightful when it came to sourcing my material demands. She knows the right suppliers with the right pricing. I couldn't be any happier with the work Dimensions 3D provided. Thanks and once funding is available, we will be in contact again!!!

After meeting with several contractors we decided to hire Dimensions 3D to assist us in designing our family room addition and update our tired old kitchen. Our budget was limited to $110K and we knew that might not be enough to accomplish everything we wanted – but we were willing to compromise on the size of the addition in order to make the budget work. To our surprise and delight they not only made it work – we got more than what we expected! We were able to add on a 16’x20’ family room with a full foundation AND our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! Livia was able to source granite and marble for the kitchen at a price that was far below anything we had priced previously!! The project took a total of three months – and while I was dreading having all of these workers around for that long, it turned out to be a fun time for all of us! As with any remodel, there are always hiccups – but they were handled with grace and in a timely manner. Thank you Dimensions 3D for our new living space and my gorgeous new kitchen!!

She scouted out the best prices for cabinets and appliances,as well helping with the color scheme decisions. She successfully organized and scheduled workmen, carpenter, plumber, electrician etc.and the project was done in a timely manner. Livia instills complete confidence with her comprehensive knowledge and professionalism. We are thrilled with the finished product and would HIGHLY recommend Dimensions to everyone.

Livia and crew did an awesome job redoing our entire yard. She came over for the initial estimate, provided lots of advice, took us shopping for discounted plants and materials, and supervised the entire project. The crew (Lourival and his team) were very meticulous and worked well with our needs and desires. We had the job done late last fall and are now enjoying the new growth and the wonderful foliage. We have had many neighbors stop by and tell us how great the yard looks. We would definitely recommend Livia to others.
Description of Work: Removal of old overgrown shrubs and hedges. Redesign of entire yard (front and back). Planting of all new shrubs and flowers. cobblestone around one whole bed and set as walkway. Mulched all our beds. Removed all old stuff and thoroughly cleaned up everything.
