James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order).
