Description of Work: Restattend pilot light in gas dryer. Not easy to get at, was very professional.

Description of Work: I ended up purchasing a new washer and new dryer because the previous units were so old parts were not available. The customer service at Frank's was outstanding. They were very helpful in answering questions about new appliances and made an honest, reasonable recommendation. I'm very pleased with both appliances and delivery was promptly scheduled and on time.

Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher. Very nice, very efficient. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: The service tech was able to come the same day I called; he was in the neighborhood, and this was a plus. He worked in the cramped space efficiently, and was able to find and remove the inner drum seal, which had separated and was tangling in the clothes. He looked for possible damage to the drum that might have been caused by or caused the seal to split and didn't find any. He did check some of the other parts for wear, ones that he accessed while trying to find the cause of my problems, not as part of any maintenance contract; I appreciated this just for general comfort. He was willing to put the drier back together while we waited for the part to come, but I told him it could stay the way it was (door off and front panel of machine off). The part arrived too late in the day the next day to complete the repair in 2 days, so I was 3 days without my drier, but this was unavoidable. He put the seal on the drum and put the machine back together. He used some type of adhesive so I had to wait a while to make sure it set fully, but again, this was unavoidable. And the bill came back slightly lower than he estimated (not an official estimate, I had just asked the cost of the sealer so I would not be floored at the end of the job.)
