Description of Work: We had a 12 " diameter Ornamental Pear pruned, shaped, and cabled. The gentlemen who can to do the work were wonderful. They were professional and very accommodating. I was happy with the work they did. Their prices seemed high compared to other quotes I received, but I had the coupon to use and was happy with the results. ($157.00 for $300.00 of tree service)

Description of Work: Pruned limbs from 4 tress and removed decaying Japanese Snowbell tree. There was snow on the ground when the work was done. I was very pleased with the job done, including the cleanup which was made more difficult due to the snow on the ground. I would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: I wanted trees limbs/branches cut back that were hanging over two of my neighbor's yard, When the representative came, I pointed out what I wanted done, I thought they would do both sides of the yard; but they only did one side. When I called and questioned them about it; they told me they didn't agree to do the other side and would not come back. I made a payment their website; they said they didn't receive one of them; we went back and forth more than a few times about it, a few months later; it was taken out of my account; so they must have found it.

Description of Work: I had bought a coupon for $157.00 for $300 of work, but since they don't come out for anything less than $450.00, I had to add another $150.00 to have the tree pruned in my front yard. And to keep the price down, I chose to remove the debris myself. Although I would have liked the branches to have been cut even farther away from the electrical lines, I just wanted to be done. However, the workers were efficient, courteous, and prompt.

Description of Work: I am very upset to talk about it. The price advertised was misleading and I wasted a lot of time, and having money on hold is very inconvenient.

Description of Work: The people from SavATree who performed the service were excellent. They were able to fix a wisteria vine that was growing out of control and re-attach it to a trellis. They also stabilized a Kousa dogwood tree so that it is now growing straight. They also fertilized several trees. Overall I was very pleased with the ability and knowledge of the 2 technicians that did the job.

Description of Work: We had SavaTree cut down 3 trees in the front, one in the back and trim up numerous others. All work was performed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend. We signed up for their treatment plan to care for our trees going forward.

Description of Work: Sav-A-Tree provided excellent tree and bush trimming services on my property in Newbury. Two large trees had started to dwarf my house, and Sav-A-Tree personnel shaped them back beautifully. Overgrown front of house bushes were also tackled and emerged with a completely new and attractive image. The horticulturists arrived on the date and time promised, worked efficiently yet carefully, and left me after less than one day with a much-improved landscape.

Description of Work: I was sent a bill3 times that was incorrect. I called and did not get the fixed. I was then sent a new invoice saying that if I did not pay my extrememely late bill, they would not be able to service me next year. Tone of the invoice was not pleasant. I finally got a corrected bill and pqid it immediately.
