Brian and his team are amazing. They swoop in and in a few days all is complete and everything cleaned up!

They were fast and clean. Of three estimates I got, he was the only one to go up and inspect roof.

Waterman did a great job. The free estimate was simple and easy and provided several good choices of shingle and underlayment. The day of installation went well. The crew were on time, worked quickly and finished early. They even went above and beyond to fix a piece of overhang. The rooflooks great.

Poetry in motion. It was a pleasure to watch such a perfectly orchestrated roof replacement unfold from beginning to end. These guys and gal are pro’s! And to spend the better part of an hour cleaning around my house was the icing on the cake, it looked better than when they started. You will not regret hiring Brian and his crew.

Mr. Waterman from the start was very professional. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. His prices were very competitive and the materials he uses are top of the line. He got me the best warranty for the materials. The work was performed on the day he said and his workers were as professional as him. When they were finished working you couldn’t tell they was even there! They left my yard cleaner than when they got there. Brian and his team replaced several sections of my roof 3 years ago. They did a great job so when another section of my roof had some damaged shingles I called him to fix it. He called back promptly, and within a week the repair was done. Excellent service!

I had a leak in August that needed fixing and out of multiple inquiries, Waterman Building & Remodeling was one of two (out of about six) that responded and gave a flat rate for the fix. While here I wanted to get a quote on a new roof as it was 20+ years old and was provided that number before they left. They came back two months later to remove the old shingles, replace any bad plywood and install the new shingles. It was all done in under a day, cleaned out the gutters and then walked the property multiple times to clean up anything that fell off. Highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use again when needed.

Very well. Removed old roof shingles and replaced with new on large house. They arrived on the date agreed upon, protected the siding, removed old shingles, installed new rake trim and soffit moldings along with ice barrier. The work was done professionally and job site cleaned up properly. Highly recommend Waterman Building & Remodeling.

Excellent results. I had 3 roofing companies evaluate and quote on the roof work. Two of the 3 roofing companies advised that the existing chimney line was too close to the roof line and would have to be altered to prevent leaking. One company recommended lowering the chimney knee below the roof line, which wouldn't work because there wasn't enough room, while Brian at Waterman Building recommended raising it up to allow the proper room needed for flashing. The masonry work came out perfect, with the raised brick, bluestone cap, and siloxane sealcoat applied 4 weeks later to allow for proper curing of the brick mortar. The Owens Corning architectural shingles with 6 feet of ice and water shield all around, plus new venting, also perfect. A couple of plywood boards were also replaced because of the water staining, and one that had popped up. The job was done over 2 days for the masonry, and 2 days for the roofing, looks great, and I'm very confident it will stay leak free. It's been about 2 months and everything water tight so far. Brian Waterman was the most responsive of the 3 roofing companies I talked with, and is very professional and honest. His crew did a great job and cleaned up the site very well. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use Waterman Building again and highly recommend them.
