Brian and his crew were incredible. He was one of the better quotes, and included much more. He replaced the roof, a few rakes, and even a chimney repair (which were all extras he didn’t charge me for). I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality. Use him.

Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof.

A very professional team and Brian was very responsive, had a lot of good suggestions and knowledge on the best approach short and long term for our commercial metal roof. No complaints here. I highly recommend them!

Our situation was unique. At first it was just a roof replacement. As they removed the shingles, it was obvious the entire roof needed to be replaced. Rafters, collar ties, plywood, facia and soffit included. I was very pleased to know the owner was there on site to oversee the project and make sure everything went well. Honestly, I am very impressed with everything about Waterman and I would strongly recommend them for your next project. Showed up when promised and performed all the work agreed. If you hadn’t seen them working, you couldn’t tell they had been there. Excellent clean up and haul away.

Brian is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people I have ever dealt with. He was very thorough when he came out to my home to do the estimate. Brian found serious issues, mold, deteriorating vent gasket which was leaking water on to my kitchen ceiling that 2 previous roofing contractors never mentioned. They showed up on time, his team of workers were excellent and extremely hard working. My roof came out perfect, better than I expected. The mold was removed and the gasket/leak fixed. When the finished the job, the yard was cleaner than when they started. Not a single nail was left behind. I would highly recommend them without a second thought. Very rare in today’s society.

Waterman building was professional and did a fantastic job replacing my roof at an affordable price. Done in one day as promised and we have had no issues with wind or rain storms. Only had one snow storm and so far everything has held up great.
