I thought the service fee was too high for a 15 min fix that just turned out to be a loose faucet hose connection ... Installed by same plumber within last couple of years... He fixed the problem so I am satisfied but thought the fee was too high

It was a little more costly than we wanted but the guys who came out were great! Knowledgeable & very efficient. They fixed the toilet in a short amount of time on the spot. They also arrived within 12hrs of request - we did not need a rush job though they still came very quickly.
