This company was called to repair/replace a submersible ejector pump, very old. This is something they could not handle. Instead, they replaced a shutoff valve in the bathroom

Over priced for the little work that was done. I ended up finding the leak and repairing it myself.

Quick to come and provide quote and do the install of a whole home water filtration system (within a week!). Will continue to use Mr Rooter for plumbing needs.

We found Mr Rooter of Southern Massachusetts on Angi an Nick was our service tech/plumber. He was fantastic! I explained the problem and he took notes. He took time to examine the problem himself and gave us a quote and the next available appointment for a half day job. We were called later that night and told that he would be there the next day! Nick did a great job and left the area neat and clean! Will definitely call again!

He came within the two-hour window, was very polite and fixed the issue quickly.

I marked them down on price because although they were called last minute and came out the very next day. I found them a bit expensive. I have used them in the past for my own purposes which is why I called upon them again.

We had the services for less than 2 hours. The purchased a piece of equipment and we did not know the value of it. We have been significantly overcharged based on our research.

Flat Rate pricing model dropped on you after review of job. No meaningful relationship between complexity of work and what the iPad price model says you have to pay. $850 for a gasket and float valve replacement because iPad says thatâ s a toilet rebuild. About 2 hours of labor. Tech was professional and pricing is not his fault. Seemed embarrassed to have to charge this much.
