Shop around Better maybe find pros on your own . For the price I was charged and for the amount of time, it took them to do the two jobs. I was Floored never to hire this company again. Disconnected my Gas Dryer for 20 minutes then waited three days for them to show back up again for 20 minutes to hook up the Gas Dryer. For $636.00 Really but I needed it done that day cause I had a next-day delivery of a new dryer . Pro was a Great Guy and his work was good but I was Charged way to Much compared to other plumbers. But they had me cause I had to paid an upfront fee of $49.99. Ill Never Recommend this Company to Anyone . Please read All the other Customer Comments before Hiring Anyone!!!

I hired them for an inspection and I got more than my moneys worth - a real plumbing education and honest advice. The master plumber who came to my home was excellent, very thorough and a real expert. In short, it was the best experience I had ever had with a plumbing professional.

Made an appointment for the next day. The next day I get a call saying they can?t make it. Rescheduled for 5 days later. When the plumber came to look at the leak I had in the ceiling, he tells me that he can?t locate where the leak is coming from and that it?ll cost $359 to cut out a portion of the ceiling and this $359 does not include the actual repair needed. They charged me $49 just to make the appointment also. Waist of time and money. There was already a hole in the ceiling due to the leak and rotten drywall, he could?ve used that hole to locate the leak.

They found the problem in a few minutes, it was a crushed drain pipe. They dug up the dirt around the site but do not do piping repairs. I finished the job myself. I never would have known the pipe was crushed with out their camera snake. All in all, great job.

Found them on Angi. They called me within 5 minutes, booked the appointment for the next morning. My old plumber I've used for many years was going to make me wait 2 days with a leaky toilet! Will now be using Mr Rooter. Fast service, professional service, friendly technician, neat and clean. Very satisfied.
