diagnoses toilet problem quickly

I hired them to unfreeze my pipes. Out of a ton of companies, they were the only ones with availability and got back to me very quickly, so that was good. Jeff came out and DXed the issue and didn't charge for that because he couldn't fix it which was great. Two other plumbers came to fix the issue a couple days later. They were very nice and kept me informed, which I appreciated. It took a very long time though at a high rate. When a pipe broke in the back of the house during the process and it took hours for the town to come and shut it off, they didn't use any of that time (and I understand the need for a paid break, not knocking that) to insulate pipes or clean up what they'd done (pulling off siding, tearing up the outside shower, pulling out molding). In the end, it was over $1600 and I still ended up with non working water because something in the shower broke during the process too. They told me that a wall had to be torn up to fix it and it would be another $700. Until it got fixed, I would have to turn on the water main to use any water at all and water would rush out of the shower handle while it was on. It was awful! Turned out though, after a second opinion, no walls had to be torn out. No valve needed to be replaced. It was literally a $12 part (a cartridge). I even learned how to put it in myself.

I was given a time frame for an estimate of the repair work that I needed done. Dylan phoned me to let me know that he would be at my place within the 1/2 hour. I had a few questions for Dylan and found him to be very knowledgeable, he asked me questions as well, and offered suggestions. We set up an appointment for 2 days later for the actual work. Again, Dylan phoned me to let me know when he would arrive. I needed two repairmen to move my washer/dryer so Nick arrived a little later. I found both Dylan and Nick to be professional, eager to answer my questions, and they went the extra mile to make sure faucets were sealed (they hadn't been) and toilet was sealed along the floor (it never had been) so I would not incur water problems in the future. Kudos to Dylan and Nick for a job well done. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

They were there at the scheduled time. They showed respect for our home by keeping the work area neat and were careful not to track things on to our carpet and floors. The install was to specifications and manufacturers instructions. Very professional in all aspects of thier service.

Very quick to schedule and respond to appointments. Employees were very friendly and kept a clean workspace. Replaced pipes look great but I feel like their rate is more expensive than most.

Jeff was very friendly, he knew exactly what he was doing. I was happy with the results. He left absolutely no mess behind. The only thing was the pricing, it was much more than I had hoped it would be. But I would recommend him.

I had my old 3 handle bathtub faucets replaced with a single valve, and installed a new showerhead. Brad came, explained everything, was professional, pleasant, quiet and cleaned up so well you would not know he was there. Beautiful job!

Was a Sunday service call to fix a leaking hot water line. Work was done correctly and quickly but I felt a little too expensive.

Nick was professional, courteous and very neat. He reinstalled a tankless toilet that was previously installed wrong and now it's perfect and working. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Repaired gas leaks in home over a holiday weekend. Brad & Jeff were excellent to work with. Took the time to explain everything that was happening, what to expect, took care of all the necessary paperwork & inspections. timely, reliable, and reasonable cost

I had a kitchen sink drain replaced, it was pourous and about ready to break. The plumber install a new drain and cleaned up after. You would not even have known he was there. Excellent work, pleasant and courteous. Would highly recommend this company and their employees.

Everything went excellent. I thought the price was high but didn't have anything to compare it too.
