The man sent to assess the job, Brad, instilled a high level of confidence. He took over an hour just to find things, see if it could be done, etc. Also, he put booties over his shoes before walking around my house - that was a good sign. As he assessed the situation, he was explaining things to me - he clearly knew his business. I felt very comfortable hiring him for the job. Although it was not cheap, I wanted it done right. I am very happy with the results and will hire them again as needed.

It was not sewer cleaning. New water heater and gas pipes

Great job fixing a shower valve, replaced a shower head, replaced all parts of a toilet, and fixed a faucet. Would definitely hire them again. Bought a year service contract.

Our repairman determined that no kitchen faucet replacement was required, but did tighten a few connections that may have caused the leak and explained everything he did. Also, there was no charge for the tightening of the faucet connections! I will use this company again for future repairs.

A little on the pricey side, but a reputable company with national backing. The plumber was professional in his presentation, skilled in his execution and pleasant in his conversation. I will be using Mr. Rooter on a couple future projects.

Process was flawless from scheduling appointment to completing work. Jason called prior to arrival to let me know he was running a little head of schedule. Jason arrived introduced himself and provide a brief summary of what he understood to be the issue to address. He ask a few questions and jumped right in to rule out most obvious, before determining the root cause. No doubt Jason knew what he was doing. Definitely a very conscious, smart and personable technician. Fixed the problem and was very respectfully of cleaning up the work area when he finished. Definitely and A-plus service call. On my list for future service.

After having 4 plumbers blow me off either by not showing up or not following up, I was desperate when I emailed Jim from Mr. Rooter. He called me back in 3 minutes, listened to the 7 things I needed fixed, and had a crew out to my house at 8 am the next morning. They chopped previous estimates by 75% and did all the work that day, and did it right. Sean (the plumber) even took care of a few minor things for free just out of kindness. I HIGHLY recommend this company in every way!

The gentleman arrived on time, he showed me a card to verify who he was as well as the logo on his shirt. He explained what he was doing as he went along. I was very satisfied with the service. I will be having service done next week so I am not sure on pricing. The lady I spoke to at the office was excellent and always got back to me when she said she would.

Very happy with plumber, Nick. We recommend you ask for him. Had a leak under the kitchen sink, what a mess. While he was there we talked about a faucet, ours was dripping and 24 years old and looked it. He said he had one on his truck, a Delta, with the sprayer built into the faucet. It is beautiful, we said yes, please install it. Since we no longer needed the sprayer with the old faucet, we asked if he could put a soap dispenser in place of the old sprayer. He said yes, and ran out for 15 minutes and came back with a soap dispenser that matched perfectly. Couldn't he happier with Nick and his work. Everything looks beautiful... and all the leaks are gone. Nice....
