Angie quoted a price of $199 price was $675 to replace old toilet with new toilet. I needed to get it done but that is a huge difference from what I was expecting to pay. Service was quick fast and the plumber even walked me through some of the features. Install was tricky and he did it with no issues. Everything so far is working perfect.

Agniâ s suggested price for. Blocked toilet was $395.00 which included the $100 weekend fee for the credit card deposit. The cost for the plumbers work of $295 is too high. The total work time was about 10 minutes. I suggest Angi should research these very high prices.

$620 to install a brand new toilet that never stopped leaking (price with the membership discount). Their fix was another $880 to change the rough-in. Ran into several issues with it being half completed and having to call to have them come out. No showed one appointment. Broke a pipe and had to have them come back. Overpriced for poor quality work. I got a refund and had to hire another plumber.

Speedy service

Will NOT use Mr. Rooter again! They charged $817 to clean boiler shut down by fire dept due to carbon monoxide. Town Plumbing inspector refused to accept the inadequate cleaning job, failure to test system after repair, and failure to test for carbon monoxide. When called back, Mr. Rooter wanted to charge additional $1095 to complete the job. I refused. They left.

This plumbing company charges by the job, not by the hour. We did not know what the price would be to fix our gas leak until the plumber was already involved in the job. We were charged $827+.00, and had to sign the consent up front. The actual repair consisted of tightening what was a loose pipe in the wall, no extra parts were required, andtook about 15 minutes. In addition, we were charged an extra $275.00 to open the wall. Our total for the job was $1862.00 for less than two hours of work. We feel we were price gouged for this job. We felt like hostages because we did not have heat or hot water for several days , and with no other options since we had already paid a deposit to secure the job.

Kevin came out promptly and made an effort to get us what we wanted for the best money. It was easy to schedule to have him come back and he did a wonderful job replacing our faucet, installing a sprayer, and replacing two toilets. No more $600 sewer bill! We are very pleased with the work that was done and the price was very reasonable. We absolutely will be calling Kevin again with our plumbing needs!

Could not fix the clog.

The representative from Rooter Plumbing of Southern Mass was early which was great. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and had fixed the problem within a very short time. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for future work.

Fair

Way too expensive for what they fixed I added a new strainer for $509. That was definitely not what I was expecting to pay if it was a different issue and it cost that much. The average charge was $200, I paid $576.

Good work but very expensive. They couldn?t give me a ballpark quote on the phone. I was in rush and not many plumbers were available at that time, so I went with it. A plumber showed up and estimated about $800 for small bathroom sink put in. This was not a free estimation, so if I said no, I would?ve lost my deposit. It Took him an hour to do the job. Good that he was fast but I felt unhappy with the cost.

Mr. Rooter was on time and did a wonderful job. He understood what I needed done and did it without a hitch. He disconnected my old stove and connected my new one. Awesome job!

This was a good experience. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. Kevin arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Arrived on time. Reviewed the problem- told me the cost - I agreed - job was completed in about an hour. The serviceman was very polite. I would contact them again.

This company should be top on the list for plumbing problems.
