Overpriced not fair on pricing no itemized pricing made 300.00 for a ten minute job

Installed a leaksmart shutoff valve on the main water line. Great service, quick to respond and great work too. Will use them again.

Excellent service but pricey

I called them and the came that day and fixed my leaking kitchen sink pipes. They recommended a new faucet and sprayer, so I purchased a new one and called them and they came out again to install that with efficiency.

We could not have asked for a better experience from our new plumber. He was neat and clean first off(put shoe covers on when entering the home), but kind and extremely knowledgable as he explained what problems we had with plumbing and why, then how to treat. He gave us the price in writing to take care of installing a new toilet and some plumbing, which we found reasonable. He not only got the best ADA type but the placement on the floor was perfect not disturbing the tile at all:-) At the end of the day, we spent 600.00 and we couldn't be more grateful to Homesdvisor.com for matching us up with the best plumber, Todd from Mr. Rooter!! Easy 5 stars****unbiased opinion, truly happy customer:-)

Clean, competed, professional and good communication as to the problem and solution. I had to call the office to get a time commitment update since the prior job ran much longer than expected, Then the technician called me to give an updated ETA. =

The man who did the work, was professional, well informed, hard working.

Prices were more than expected and not prepared...
